Ce fut une expérience très satisfaisante pendant mon séjour. Le personnel a toujours été aimable et serviable, ce qui m'a permis de passer un séjour confortable, et ils ont rapidement répondu à mes questions. La vue nocturne depuis la chambre et l'hôtel était particulièrement magnifique. La nuit, j'ai pu admirer le magnifique paysage urbain, ce qui a rendu mon voyage encore plus agréable. Le service et la vue ont dépassé mes attentes, et c'est un hôtel où j'aimerais revenir. Merci de m'avoir aidé à créer de si bons souvenirs.

Osaka Hotel Granvia makes me feel deeply that it's my home in Japan when I travel to Osaka; it's so familiar. This is already my third stay. Among countless options, I always choose this one because no other hotel can compare. With the Grand Green park half-completed, walking through it, whether day or night, is incredibly relaxing and fully satisfies the healing sensation of traveling abroad. Hotel Granvia itself represents the best in food, clothing, housing, and transportation. There's a Harves supermarket on B1, and numerous major shopping malls. Most importantly, the connecting passages between each mall are exceptionally well-designed, which is one of the prime examples of Japanese railway economics at its finest. All its amazing qualities speak for themselves.

À 30 secondes de Nankai Namba. C'était incroyablement pratique pour les allers-retours à l'aéroport. Le ménage est fait tous les 3 jours, donc pour un séjour de 3 nuits, il a été fait le dernier jour. Sinon, si vous laissez les serviettes usagées et la poubelle devant la porte, ils les remplacent. L'emplacement est imbattable : Namba City et Namba Parks sont juste en face, Don Quijote est à 5 minutes et la rue principale de Dotonbori à 10 minutes. J'ai l'intention de l'utiliser à nouveau !

The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages—it’s close to almost everything, including the train station, tour meetup points, tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The hotel also offers plenty of amenities for guests. They provide sleepwear, and you can even borrow an umbrella if needed. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM. The self-service check-in and check-out machines make the process quick and convenient. There are vending machines and a laundry area available on-site, and some floors are equipped with microwave ovens for guest use. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially for travelers looking to explore the city.

Had a very good stay at Cross Hotel Osaka. They were kind enough to allow early check-in when rooms were available, so there was no need to wait until the official 3pm check-in time, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall stay was excellent. We also appreciated that the hotel provides umbrella rental, which was very convenient and thoughtful during our trip. I would also like to specially compliment one of the male staff members who assisted us on 5 June 2026 at around 1:30pm. I was staying in Room 801, so I hope the management will be able to identify him. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he was extremely helpful, professional, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. An excellent place to stay. I will definitely come back to Cross Hotel Osaka when I visit Osaka again. Highly recommended.

J'ai choisi de réserver le Namba Oriental Hotel car il est à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la gare de Namba, et il est au cœur des attractions comme Glico et Dotonbori, vous ne pourrez vraiment pas vous perdre. Si vous venez de l'aéroport du Kansai, prenez simplement le train express local et Namba est le dernier arrêt. 🫶❤️

1. Accessibility: It can be a bit inconvenient to move with a carrier when coming from Kansai Airport using the subway. 2. Staff friendliness: Very satisfied. 3. Cleanliness: Very satisfied. 4. Facilities: There are cases where the card key is not recognized at the 17th-floor public bath. This mainly occurs when you receive two card keys for one room. I am very satisfied that the hotel has a separate large luggage storage area.

we stayed on the 27th floor and the view from there were great! also the private lounge was amazing: morning, tea and cocktail time. we also had the buffet breakfast in the morning and they literally har everything you could ask for!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. L'emplacement est excellent – très proche de Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi et Namba Parks, ainsi que du marché de Kuromon et de nombreuses autres attractions populaires. Tout est très accessible, ce qui en fait un excellent point de départ pour explorer Osaka. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très amical, professionnel et serviable. Ils parlent très bien anglais et coréen, ce qui a rendu la communication très facile et confortable pour les clients internationaux. Les installations de l'hôtel sont également de premier ordre. Au deuxième étage, il y a une laverie automatique, ce qui est très pratique pour les voyageurs séjournant plusieurs jours. Il y a aussi un salon confortable où les clients peuvent se détendre en attendant. Les chambres sont très propres et bien entretenues. Une chose que j'ai vraiment appréciée est l'aménagement bien pensé – le lavabo, les toilettes et la zone douche/baignoire sont dans des cabines séparées, ce qui est beaucoup plus pratique, surtout lorsque l'on partage la chambre avec d'autres. Je recommanderais sans hésiter l'Hôtel Gracery Osaka Namba à quiconque visitant Osaka.
