When you walk into the hotel, the front desk area is amazing with chandeliers and beautiful flooring. However, the rooms do not match the overall vibe for the check in area. Our room had white walls, dark flooring and very basic uncomfortable firm beds. The toilet is separate from the shower which didn't even have a small sink to wash your hands after doing your business. I left a trash bag outside to be picked up and it never got picked up. The room just didn't feel clean. The only thing I believe going for this hotel is the location. It's just a few steps from Universal Park. I probably wouldn't stay here again but for one night, we managed.

Only pro is the location. Hotel is old and dated, rooms are very simple. AC doesn’t cool down enough. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, to the point you can feel the springs. Would not come back

I got a rash while traveling in Japan. The second day I checked into the hotel, the rash got worst. The front desk staff was very helpful finding a dermatologist which was behind the universal walk, walked 5 mins there, got some medicine and was alot better the next day. Thank you to the front desk staff for being super helpful.

I booked 2 night stay here for our universal studios day. Great location 5 minutes walk to universal studios. The room is booked was for 2 beds and the beds were small double bed each and the room was very spacious we had a separate toilet to the main bathroom which helped too. We did buffet breakfast and there was alot to choose from which was great coming from a European country with my son who is a very picky eater he enjoyed it too.

Our premier location offers direct entry to the theme park as well as the surrounding CityWalk area. All it takes is one quick minute to arrive at the front gates, where you can snap a photo with the iconic Universal Globe before strolling through the grand archway towards a day filled with nonstop excitement. Staying right next door means more time to spend at Universal Studios Japan and more memories to make in Osaka.
