The bathroom tub was rocking when we were standing in it. The air conditioning was not strong enough. Pillows where to small

Room and location were great! Located right next to USJ. Plenty of dining options as well as a convenience store nearby. There is also a paid parking lot right underneath that made it really convenient if coming by car.

We had a wonderful stay at the Oriental Hotel Universal City in Osaka. The property's convenient location next to the JR line and metro station made navigating our itinerary very easy, especially with it being in the heart of the Universal CityWalk and so close to Universal Studios Japan, shopping, and dining. Our room was spacious, clean, and accommodating. We also greatly enjoyed the complimentary pancakes, ice cream, drinks, and afternoon hot dogs, as well as the buffet breakfast available for guests (additional fees apply). Throughout our visit, the staff was friendly and helpful. This was our third time staying at the Oriental Hotel Universal City, and we look forward to returning in the future.

We had a great stay at the Oriental Hotel Universal. The biggest surprise was the breakfast buffet; it exceeded our expectations. There was an impressive selection of both hot and cold dishes, along with plenty of drink options, fresh fruit, and salads. The menu leaned more toward Asian cuisine, which we enjoyed, but there were also familiar Western options like waffles and tater tots, so everyone in our family found something they liked. The room was also more spacious than we expected, especially considering the price point. It was comfortable and gave us enough room to relax after long days at Universal Studios Japan. The location was another major highlight. Being just a short walk from the park made getting there incredibly convenient, and having so many restaurants and food options nearby meant we never had to go far for meals. From our vantage point, the Oriental Hotel Universal offers excellent value, comfortable rooms, a surprisingly good breakfast, and an unbeatable location for anyone visiting Universal Studios Japan.

I would say this hotel is ideal if you are planning to visit Universal Studios Japan. Citywalk area is beautiful and a cool place to walk around.

Amazing

Great comfy rooms. So well located for Universal, with coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants all so close. Staff were really helpful. Loved the free pancakes and hot dogs in the evening. Would stay here again.
