I absolutely loved my stay at Candeo Hotels! From the moment I arrived, the hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully designed. My room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of my favorite parts was the rooftop Sky Spa. After long days of exploring Osaka, it was the perfect place to unwind while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around the city and visit popular attractions. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every interaction made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Candeo Hotels to anyone visiting Osaka. It made my trip even more memorable, and I can’t wait to come back!

We paid for the executive lounge, but it wasn’t accessible thru-out the day. It’s only open from 2 PM - 9:30pm I like to use executive lounges, so that I can do zoom/phone calls as needed, or just a place to check my email. Also typical lounges offer continental breakfast, and a little bit more food during dinner time. This one only offers charcuterie. This morning I had an important zoom call but wasn’t able to use the executive lounge because they said it was closed. I had to ask for management since I wasn’t able to find any place to take the zoom call and the lounge was completely empty anyways.
