We had a wonderful stay at The Park Front Hotel. The location is unbeatable—right next to Universal Studios Japan, making it incredibly convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent views and great amenities. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything felt well organized. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka, especially if you’re planning to spend time at Universal Studios. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Not impressed by this 4 star hotel. I've had much better service and quality in other osaka hotels. Only benefit was it was close to universal studios. Hotel does huge upcharge for children in your room. Not worth staying with children. Buffet breakfast was medicore, not 4 star quality and a complete ripoff in price. Lots of kids coughing around the food. We stayed in 4 bed room. Bathroom had no towel holder at all, zero. we were forced to have room service everyday to get new towels or deal with asking every night when we return.

Completely underwhelmed with this hotel. The only, and I mean ONLY good thing is the distance to Universal Studios. The rooms were gross and the beds were like bricks. Awful hotel.

This is my favorite hotel at universal city walk osaka. The staff is always amazing. And the view of the park from our hotel room is the best!!! Park Front Hotel is always my go to every visit

Excellent location close to the park so you can start early, and don’t have to travel at the end of the day. Note that the convenience stores in the area are very busy at both the start and end of the day as patrons arrive/leave.
