The hotel is the best location for guests who are visiting Universal Studios, it’s the closest you can be, just outside the main entrance. The rooms with a view on the parc is a real plus. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The restaurant and amenities are good and the breakfast menu is excellent. The staff is really nice and helpful. The only thing is missing is a lounge when you arrive early before the check in which is at 3:00

Allotjat amb amics

Not only were the staff friendly and helpful during our check-in, they also had our suitcases already ready for us in our room (we shipped it from our previous hotel in Tokyo)! We got an unexpected complimentary upgrade to the top floor and had one of the most beautiful views of Osaka. The room itself is huge (plenty of space for my friend and I and our 4 luggages) and the beds are bigger than usual. The hotel staff also helped fill out the necessary details to help us ship our suitcases to our next hotel location. We had an amazing AYCE buffet experience here, right before our full day at Universals which was only a less than 5 minute walk from our hotel, due to its attractive location on their CityWalk. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for its location, quality, and price point ❤️

Close to Universal Studios and city walk, that is the only benefit of staying there. Beds were hard and the least impressive hotel during our Japan Trip. Room looked a little worn.

We love the convenience of where this hotel was located. Everything we loved was inside the hotel. Tully coffee shop and Lawsons was our go too. The restaurants that were on city walk were accessible from inside the hotel, which was nice. Universal Studios entrance was just next to the hotel. They also provide free drinks in the lobby. The rooms are big and clean. I also did the hotel massage which they come to you and do your massage in your room. It was about $50 usd I paid. Overall staff were so helpful and nice. Breakfast was really good. A variety of good options. We love the French toast, pancakes and eggs!!! Totally recommend if you are going to Universal studios.

I loved the hotel and its proximity to the Universal Theme Park and it’s literally in the middle of the City Walk. My only complaint would be that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great location right in the centre of universal city walk! Could see the queues for universal from our room, we found ourselves sitting just taking in the city view on the first evening as we were given a room on the top floor. The staff are lovely and it is walking distance to universal studios we only went into Osaka once on our 3 day stay as there was enough to do on the city walk. The decor of the hotel is a added touch that just makes the whole experience magical.

The location was perfect. If you’re a hot sleeper, just be aware that the room ac gets warm in the wee hours of the morning despite the settings that I had selected.
