Comfy beds and clean room. Professional and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel the Flag. It is close to all shopping mall, restaurant, main attraction and subway station. Will choose this hotel again for our next trip to Osaka.

This was our second stay here, and we'd happily come back again. We stayed here during our first trip to Japan in 2024 and liked it so much that my daughter requested we stay here again for our 2026 trip. Even though it meant a little extra work getting to Itami Airport (transferring trains and navigating the busy Midosuji Line with luggages), it was worth it. The hotel is clean, quiet, and in a safe, walkable neighborhood. It's conveniently located near Namba, Umeda, and Dotonbori, making it easy to explore Osaka. The free coffee, washer/dryer, and friendly staff are great perks that made our stay out stay enjoyable. Thank you and we'll be back soon.

Great breakfast, not Japanese style but very good with a lot of good options. The staff was excellent and we will definitely stay again for our next visit. Location is very convenient with easy station access

If I could give more than 5⭐️, I absolutely would! The location is unbeatable—everything is so easy to get to. The breakfast is amazing, with plenty of delicious options. The staff truly go out of their way to make your stay even better, and their hospitality made us feel so welcome. The room was a little on the smaller side, but it was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, so it didn’t take away from our overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was that they provided free umbrellas for guests when it rained, which made getting around much more convenient. It was a thoughtful service that made our trip more enjoyable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Hotel The Flag was nice overall. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was great, and the hotel itself has a cool, clean vibe. But wow… the rooms are tiny. Like, smaller than a youth hostel tiny. We could barely move around with our bags. If you’re just crashing for a night or traveling light, it’s fine. But if you’re with family or have actual luggage, just know the room situation is very tight.

Excelente hotel, limpio, personal siempre amigable, instalaciones muy comodas, sin duda alguno de los mejores hoteles en que me hospede en este reciente viaje en familia. Ampliamente recomendado. No hay un punto negativo. Y ubicacion muy conveniente.
