Clean facilities and friendly staff. The amenities on the lobby floor are thoughtful and addressed everything not provided in the guest bathrooms (razors, lotion, sunscreen, body towel, etc.). The room is cozy and relaxing after a long day of exploring. The check-out process is easy! This hotel’s location is very convenient. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a few nights in the heart of Osaka!

Had an amazing six night stay in osaka and thanks to Koko hotel wherein it is transport access, has a very courteous and friendly staff, there’s even a family mart outside the hotel and has a lot of vendo machines too. It’s even a walk away from train stations and shin sai bashi suji and dotonbori

We had a wonderful stay at KOKO Hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient and just a short walk from the subway station. It happened to be raining during our visit, and the staff kindly let us borrow an umbrella, which we really appreciated. They were warm, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay.
