Biggest higglight was the location! I loved that this hotel was very close to the action but not directlt in it. I walked 5-15 miutes for food, action, and activities. The hotel had basic ammentities (including the coin washer/dryer), and seamless check-in/out process. The only downside when I was there was the constant construction noises but it was mostly during the day.

Great location. However, I think the AC system needed some cleaning. Still a good value for money

Clean facilities and friendly staff. The amenities on the lobby floor are thoughtful and addressed everything not provided in the guest bathrooms (razors, lotion, sunscreen, body towel, etc.). The room is cozy and relaxing after a long day of exploring. The check-out process is easy! This hotel’s location is very convenient. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a few nights in the heart of Osaka!

We had a wonderful stay at KOKO Hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient and just a short walk from the subway station. It happened to be raining during our visit, and the staff kindly let us borrow an umbrella, which we really appreciated. They were warm, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay.
