We had a wonderful stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba! The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Dotonbori, making it easy to explore the food spots, shopping areas, and nightlife. It is also close to the train station, which made getting around Osaka so much easier. The hotel is especially convenient for travelers joining tours, as the tour pickup location is also nearby. One thing we really appreciated was the room size, which felt much more spacious compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. We also got lucky and received a complimentary room upgrade through the hotel's self-check-in kiosk, with no additional charge—a lovely bonus that made our stay even better! Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Osaka who want convenience, comfort, and easy access to major attractions. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Osaka!

Great location and a comfortable stay! The location was excellent—very close to Dotonbori and convenient for tour pick-up points. There’s also a convenience store and a subway station just a 1–2 minute walk away, which made getting around really easy. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. The room size was also decent, especially for a solo traveler. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay. Would definitely consider staying here again!
