Very good hotel in terms of location and cleanliness, the bathroom is well updated and spotless. Spent a great four days stay. Located directly opposite Namba Station (Nankai Line) and Namba Osaka Metro (Exit 12) is connected to the hotel. Super convenient.

manager, check-in Staffs, house keeping are very helpful. The hotel hallway and a room is clean and serene. The location is unbeatable with direct access to midosuji metro and short walk to Namba station. Many shopping malls and dotonbori in a 2- minutes walk, comfortable room, Good amenities but the regualr room soap and shampoo fragrance does not feel premium or stick around after use. The hotel lack the welcome drink, free happy hours, or free snack like some other hotel / lower tier hotel. Would reccommend for others who like the ease of commute from KIX airport to a hotel.
