This trip was perfect. I was worried about the weather, but luckily, it only started to drizzle a little after we finished visiting Takachiho, so it wasn't a big deal. Japanese weather forecasts aren't always accurate. I'm also grateful for the itinerary planning; if we had gone in the afternoon, we might have gotten rained on, haha, mainly because I was afraid it would affect the scenery. Overall, it was worth visiting, and the value for money was great. The tour guide was also very professional. I was worried the day before that it wouldn't be reliable, but I felt relieved after contacting Jimmy. He speaks English, Chinese, and Japanese very well, is straightforward, efficient, and takes care of everyone meticulously. There were friends from various countries on the trip, and everyone was very friendly and well-mannered. You don't have to worry at all about going alone. Just go for it! There was also a little surprise, haha. I don't know if anyone noticed that the bus that day was a normal tourist bus. Maybe they were worried that the steps were a little high and difficult for the elderly to get on, so they put a small wooden stool outside the door to step on. Normally, other large buses wouldn't have this, which was so cute. And after getting on, the driver was a young Japanese guy (I used to remember them being older or energetic octogenarian grandpas). As expected, Fukuoka is a great place. The food is delicious, and the people are gentle. Hehe, I want to come back!

This tour is a must if you are in Fukuoka! 💜 Our tour guide (Nicole) is very kind and very helpful. She is also very good in speaking english ✨💜All of the places we visited are great! The highlight is the Amaterasu Railway ride that is absolutely picturesque. You should visit is during sakura season 🌸

So happy and fun!! Xiao Wang is very handsome and a good person, he also allows plenty of time, and doesn't disappear to hide somewhere and steal salary after dismissing the group. He's also easy to talk to, and proactively offers to take pictures for everyone. And this time, I was the only one traveling solo, and when kayaking he even asked if I needed help, saying he could accompany me, so warm! Although I refused haha I wanted to take pictures myself, you can see he takes leading the group seriously~ 😙👍🏻 One of the few great guides with nothing to criticize‼️ Highly recommend 🤚🏻🔥 Although it was a pity this time because the Aso volcano viewing area was closed due to the helicopter accident, the itinerary was changed to Takachiho Shrine ⛩️ which was also beautiful! This accident was very serious and may close the area for quite a while, maybe two or three months, so people who want to go should pay attention!

Although we couldn't visit Mount Aso's crater due to the recent helicopter crash, the course was quite satisfying. However, a major downside was the short free time in between, which meant we couldn't experience everything ㅠㅠ. Still, Nicole, our guide, was super friendly and shared many helpful tips, so we had a fulfilling trip ㅎㅎ. Thanks to the gift Nicole prepared near the end, we were able to finish with a good feeling 😊😊.

Today's day trip to Itoshima was super satisfying, especially thanks to our tour guide, Shishi, for her attentive arrangements and care! Before departure, she proactively emailed us to remind us of the meeting time and things to note, making the whole trip very smooth. She is very familiar with each attraction, whether it's the photo spots at Shiraito Falls and the forest cafe, or the photo angles at Totoro Forest. The key point is that since there were only two of us, we could only take pictures of each other, but the tour guide helped us take pictures too and explained everything very clearly, in three languages. She helped us take a lot of beautiful pictures. Today's itinerary was very full, we went to eight places but the time was allocated very well, and we didn't feel rushed at all. The most touching thing was that she saw the weather forecast and knew it was going to rain, so she reminded us early in the morning. Knowing that we didn't bring umbrellas, she even specially found a few umbrellas for us to use, which was really nice! I highly recommend that if you participate in the Itoshima tour, be sure to choose Shishi as your guide. I guarantee you will have a happy and worry-free time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sun was a very informative guide and I learned alot .The castle is impressive and well worth visiting but the view from the Aso plains is amazing.Such a strange landscape I would highly recommend this trip.

Used Klook Miyazaki Day Trip on 2026/01/11. We rarely encounter snow forecasts, but unexpectedly, we actually experienced it. Our first stop was Hakusen Suigen. It started snowing along the way. After arriving, we purified ourselves and filled a bottle with spring water. It was sweet, smooth, and more delicious than mineral water. The tour guide even bought sweet oranges for everyone, which was really thoughtful ❤️ Our second stop was Takachiho Gorge. The snow was getting heavier and heavier. The gorge and waterfall paired with the snow scenery were so beautiful that we didn't want to leave. For lunch, we had beef udon noodles, which were especially warming in the cold weather. Our third stop was Ama-no-Iwato Shrine, where I bought milk mango soft-serve ice cream. It was really super delicious and rich. We slowly finished this day amidst the snowy scenery and waterfalls. I realized that the most beautiful part of traveling isn't the planned itinerary, but the scenery you just happen to encounter 🤍

this was such a fantastic tour. very laid back. good thing i chose tuesday for the tour. luckily there were NO traffic at all! travel to Yufuin from Dazaifu was less than 1.5hrs. WANG our tour guide was such a sweet gal. although if i can suggest one thing - i wish she’d wait a little longer when giving instructions to the group as soon as everyone is outside the bus. i just noticed that she gives instructions to 5-10 people even if most of the group are still on board the bus. we can only hear 1/4 of what she had discussed with the smaller group of people.

A really enjoyable and well-organised experience. The Yufuin no Mori train ride was a highlight, and Yufuin town was lovely to explore. Our guide, Thomas, was highly animated, energetic, and funny, which made the journey even more enjoyable. The itinerary was well paced and it was great value for money.
