Cleanliness

Rooms and bathrooms consistently clean and well-maintained. No old feeling. Excellent water pressure. Tidy and spacious rooms, some larger than typical.

Best part of this hotel is that it is very close to Hakata Station. The triple room was very comfy. Staff were very assistive during the check in and check out process. They also have free ice cream and toiletries for hotel guests.

The location is excellent—just exit via West Exit 6 of Hakata Station and it’s only a 1–2 minute walk to the hotel. The room was clean and, although compact, felt more spacious compared to many other hotels in Japan.

The location was perfect, it’s just right across the Hakata Station! We mistakenly booked the smoking room and it seems that it’s much bigger than the other non-smoking rooms. The bathroom is spacious versus other Japan hotels so this is a big plus. There’s also enough room for your luggage. Staff was approachable and helpful, they even let us borrow their steam iron for clothes.

The place is very near the JR Hakata Station and having a child, it is very convenient for us to go back and forth whenever we left something. Also, the room is quite big than the normal size of the rooms in Japan. We will surely book this hotel again.
