We had an excellent stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick and smooth, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The room was spotless, spacious (19m2 - bigger than usual Japanese hotels), and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed (including pajamas). Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming (adding the free drinks until 18h00). The location was perfect (200 meters away from Hakata station)—close to major attractions (Gion, Hakata station and Tenjin), convenience stores, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and excellent value.

Getting to the hotel was an easy short walk away (better yet if you can navigate the underground walkthru from Hakata station).Room Size for 3pp was acceptable for city hotel and well-furnished (comfy beds!) Reception prompt, English speaking, though not as personable, which is ok since i alrdy know my way round this city. Bathroom could be cleaner(there was mold under sink). No welcome drink. ok for a check-in/out hotel close to the train station-base for exploring the city. Pro-tip: hotel charges for every extra hour if you request for extension. Pack a daybag and leave luggage in hotel lobby after checkout if you have a late departure flight out.

a little bit near Hakata station. the hotel is clean with amenities provided. Its great that they have a no-smoking policy. Room was a bit small but okay for the price. However, no water was provided. Overall the hotel was not bad
