We had a great stay at Richmond Hotel Hakataekimae—definitely a 5 star experience for us!
The location is super convenient, just a short walk from Hakata Station with lots of konbini and shopping spots nearby. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities as they had everything we needed. Staff were also friendly and efficient, making the whole stay smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again!

2nd time staying here. Wonderful stay at this hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and smoking room does not smel. Convenient location with 3 convenience stores newrby and walking distance to haktata station and bus terminal. It takes only 5-7 mins costing ¥1500 to Fukuoka airport.

This is my 2nd time staying here. As usual, hotel staff are very helpful and friendly who are able to access to my last min request with no question asked. Hotel is within walking distance from Hakata station & bus terminal. 3 convenient stores nearby. Best part is this hotel offers smoking room but it doesn’t smell at all in the room and my smoker husband is very happy with it.

great location. just beside yodabashi mall which has GU, ABT Mart, Daiso, Grocery, skincare, etc. about 5min walk from Hakata Main station. room is decent and quite huge for japan standards. breakfast is not buffet though but the set meals were great! add 300yen and you can get the sizzling beef for breakfast. they have salad bar and drinks station. would love to go back to fukuoka and stay at this hotel again.
