Our guide Lily is nice & friendly. In overall the trip is good, just for Asahiyama Zoo was a bit rushed we do not have much time to spend to see the animals as we need to take lunch at the same time. The Snow mobile experience was great, just a bit pricey but worth to try once. Ningle Terrace is very cold as we arrive it’s already dark. We missed 1 itinerary which is the Ken & Mary tree, due to the snow weather.

Our guide Oliver from PST had been helpful and friendly, as usual day tour is very rush as it cover few places, Asahiyama Zoo and Shikisa no Oka were both fun, it will be good to brought own food, as Asahiyama zoo food court are always crowded. Ningle Terrance, we were given 40 minutes, walk from and to car park for bus already took 20 minutes as the ground was slippery, suuper long queue toilet 15 minutes, there was no time to go inside the jungle for the wooden cottages. Our guide was very understanding and willing to wait for those came back late. Christmas Tree was nothing much, stand in the freezing cold wind to see a tree, bus couldn’t park, we got to wait in the freezing wind for our bus to come back 🥶

Had a great time, unfortunately the itinerary wasn’t followed since there were a lot of people in some areas also because of traffic. Tour guide (Vivi) was great, took us to alternative places and offered to take our photos. Communicated and handled everything well.

this tour is very compact with 6 stops/attractions, but our guide Eric has been managing it well. Eric will got down and stand in the attraction to guide and wait for us, provide the discount voucher and guide us what are the things to buy at the attraction souvenirs shop. I booked a day trip on Klook this time, and I'm really glad I chose this group. Our tour guide, Xiaoyu, was very professional and a great storyteller. She didn't just take us to the attractions, but also shared Hokkaido's history, local culture, and all sorts of interesting little facts along the way, making the whole trip far from boring.
The itinerary was arranged smoothly, and the timing was just right. It didn't feel rushed, and there was no wasted time.
We went to Asahikawa Zoo, where we saw many cute animals; then we headed to the internet-famous tree where many people take pictures. It was even more beautiful in person than in the photos.
The colors of Shirahige Falls and Blue Pond were very dreamy, and you can't help but keep taking pictures when you see them with your own eyes.
Finally, we went to Ningle Terrace, and the whole atmosphere was like a fairy tale world. It's perfect for strolling around slowly, taking pictures, and feeling the romance of Hokkaido.
Overall, this was a relaxing and fulfilling day trip, and even if it's your first time in Hokkaido, you don't have to worry at all.
I highly recommend this itinerary, and I also highly recommend our tour guide, Xiaoyu. I will definitely join another tour next time I come to Hokkaido.

Worth it! David was really nice and helpful in guiding us during the tour. 1) Asahiyama Zoo ─ We joined the tour on 8 Dec, unfortunately the penguin walk hasn't started yet because the amount of the snow. 2) Shikisai No Oka ─ Snow Mobile is really a must try! The snow was quite thick and we got snowy rain during the race. And the view, was so ethereal! 3) Christmas Tree ─ The rain was quite heavy so the sky was no that clear. I thought we got wrong angle to capture the tree 🥹 4) Ningle Terrace ─ The rain was so heavyyy, we could not go around to enjoy the village coz we didn't have enough time there. Our time was just consumed by visiting the toilet which was quite far from the parking lot.

This was my first time using Klook and I had a great experience! Even though my tour experienced some delays and changes, I knew that it was nobody’s fault and still had an amazing day! Regardless of the delays, my tour guide still gave us enough time to enjoy and really take in the sites we did get to visit. The tour guide was very enthusiastic throughout the day and was very accommodating to me being the only English speaker in the group. He made sure to translate everything and gave very interesting descriptions of the sites we visited which kept me engaged. I usually don’t go to zoos, but the Asahiyama Zoo was very nice! The animals were so cute and the food was great too! The blue pond and shirahige waterfalls were also breathtaking! Overall I had an amazing experience on this tour and it made my first trip to Hokkaido unforgettable! The company also provided us with tea and sweet treats to compensate for the delays which I appreciated a lot! I couldn’t recommend this tour enough!

Love this day tour especially the zoo and shirahige waterfall. My 1st experience walking in the zoo in winter season with snowing. Such a good experience for me. Bus is on time for pick up and drop off. Thank you Miss Lucy for so much useful information too. Tour is with English and mandarin language, I can understand this 2 language so is no problem for me.

This was such a great trip. We really enjoyed it, the itinerary was well-planned, and we had enough time to explore each place. Andy, our tour guide, was really helpful and even gave recommendations that we followed and loved. Because of that, everyone on the tour was cooperative and no one acted out, since we never felt rushed for time.
