hotel location: right in front of Mega Don Quijote and yoshinoya. service: smooth check in and check out, very accomodating staff breakfast: combination of plated main dish and a buffet of salad, desserts, bread and unlimited coffee/tea... Very delicious

very good location! walkable distance to alot of places and attractions. Just that the lift will always stop at level 2 which is the reception/lobby level. Will come back to stay in this hotel the next time 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had a wonderful stay at The Knot Sapporo. The location is excellent — very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. One of the best features is the underground access leading directly to Don Quijote, which was especially helpful during cold or rainy weather. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The hotel also offers complimentary drinks every night, which added a relaxing and welcoming touch after a full day of sightseeing and shopping. Overall, The Knot Sapporo is a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of Sapporo.

very good location with access to underground Pole Town and train station; just across Mega Donki; toiletries are provided at the lobby area though no coffee and tea provisions (similar to other hotels); innovative system where “coin tokens” given during check-in can be exchanged for drinks or goodies in the bar; customer service staff cannot speak or understand english fluently particularly when we tried to negotiate when they charged us extra for carpet replacement (accidental spillage of makeup)

Perfect strategic location at Susukino. The hotel lift can go directly downwards to the underground Pole Town shopping arcade. There is a streetcar station 3 mins walk away only. Hotel is clean & modern. We booked the panaroma view room. It's spacious compared to the other rooms. Can open all 4 luggages without issues. Highly recommended to book this room. Please don't mind our mess in the room 😂 Check in & check out is fuss free. Hotel staff speaks multiple languages even Thai. At night there are restaurants & shops that open 24hrs. Seico mart is just right below the hotel. There is also 24hrs Don Don Donki that is opposite the hotel only. I'll definitely come back to stay at this hotel again.

highly recommended, nice place to stay at, clean and complete facilities, you’re in the middle of where the action is, near the station, near odori park, clock tower, tv tower, tanukikoji, and even has its own access to pole town, love this hotel and would definitely stay here again
