The hotel was conveniently located near a train station, just a stone's throw away. It is relatively new, so the place is really clean. We almost missed the entrance to the hotel because the signage was not very visible or large. The hotel is located inside a building with malls, cinemas, and different establishments. If you want a stay where you just want to relax and have everything you need at a walking distance, just within the facility, this is highly recommended. I also appreciate the rooftop deck available at the hotel, where you can see the city lights from the very top floor. It's really cool and surreal.

Excellent location. The hotel has direct underground access to the metro, making transportation extremely easy. There’s a grocery store, bakery, Starbucks, FamilyMart, and a mall right downstairs, so food and shopping are very convenient. Perfect for both short and long stays.

superb location, superb room & amenities. view from our room on the 15th floor was perfect! the only drawback was the unfriendliness of receptionists who were mostly young people. no smiling/greeting during check in. so unlike the japanese hospitality extended to guests at other hotels we stayed in sapporo during this trip.
