We booked this hotel because of the microwave & washer in our room. To our surprise the room is equipped with more then we could ask for. The staff are all really friendly and ready to help! We have no issue with the room size, as we chose Residential Twin of 23M2 (we even have 3 sinks in this room). Breakfast is great with fresh ingredients, one of the best bread, bread rolls, Hokkaido cream butter, scrambled eggs we had! We enjoyed the breakfast and free coffee at reception daily. Location is great with only 1 minute walk to the shopping alley with lots of food and shopping, especially everything you can find at 4 floors of Mega DonDon Donki too! Lots of food options around the area and walking Sapporo Station, Sapporo TV tower, Odori Park is a breeze! Highly recommended to stay here! Be quick, the rooms get fully booked very fast!

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service during my recent stay. In particular, I would like to highly commend Zekky from the front desk for their exceptional professionalism. On March 21st and 22nd, Zekky handled a stressful misdelivered parcel issue with incredible patience and enthusiasm, going well beyond their standard responsibilities to help us. Furthermore, I was deeply impressed by the entire front desk team. Every staff member was consistently polite and provided detailed explanations. Although some staff members may not be perfectly fluent in English, their sincere effort to communicate and help was truly heartwarming. Thanks to this wonderful experience, my confidence in your brand has grown significantly, and I have specifically booked another one of your group's hotels in Tokyo for the remainder of my trip.

I would stay here again if given the chance. transport access: easy via the train from Sapporo airport.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. A great place to unwind after exploring the city.

We stayed in their larger premium stay room and loved the LG styler and washer machine. Ms. Mata at the front desk assisted us with shipping/forwarding 3 of our luggages to our next stay and was very professional and courteous. Thank you for your help!
