Finalmente experimentei, mas no horário do almoço há apenas cerca de 10 tipos de pão; de manhã há uns 20. O pão de salada de ovo com lagosta, a bagquete de mentaiko e o pão de caril com carne são os melhores. Os outros tipos são bem comuns. Café filtrado Bacha à vontade, e outras bebidas também são à vontade. Ficamos sentadas por 3 horas e meia, o ambiente e o serviço são bons, então até que vale a pena.

Reservamos cedo e conseguimos um lugar à janela, a vista era incrível e confortável. A comida estava ótima. Foi uma experiência divertida almoçar buffet com meus amigos aqui. O serviço é excelente. Eles são educados. É raro encontrar tanta atenção hoje em dia, exceto em restaurantes muito caros.

We ordered Set A for two people: two bowls of 'Sai Yung' noodles, dumplings, blanched vegetables, and fried wontons, plus a Coke. The total was $255, so we only saved $5. 😌 I highly recommend the 'Sai Yung' noodles with fried wontons; the noodles are perfectly springy. It's the best in Hong Kong! 🤤 It's worth the price. 😃

Recentemente, fui tomar chá duas vezes no Tsui Yuen, no New Town Plaza de Sha Tin. Os dim sum eram bons e, como vi uma oferta no Klook, comprei um cupão. Fui no dia 6 de junho, por volta das 10h30 da manhã, e os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. Embora tenhamos chegado cedo, arranjaram mesa rapidamente. Os bolinhos de camarão e os siu mai estavam ainda piores, pareciam dim sum congelados pré-confeccionados comprados no supermercado. Os siu mai também tinham muito MSG. Fiquei a pensar se os dim sum do Klook seriam pré-confeccionados. Perguntei ao empregado de mesa, que disse que a cozinha não faz distinção entre clientes do Klook e clientes normais, mas é muito estranho, os dim sum daquele dia não pareciam-se com os que costumamos comer. Ainda assim, os empregados do restaurante foram muito educados.

This was my first time visiting for the lunch buffet since the restaurant renovation, and it was for a friend's birthday. The food quality was very high, with oysters, king crab legs, sashimi, chilled shrimp, and chilled conch available. While the variety wasn't extensive, freshness was paramount. It was a shame that on a Saturday, the restaurant was only about half full; I hope business improves in the future. The biggest surprise was the bar staff, who made specialty drinks for guests on the spot. Besides regular coffee or tea, she could also prepare iced lattes (no ice, no sugar) or coffee tonics. My friends and I were all very happy, eating and chatting slowly from 12 PM to 2:30 PM. It was a great weekend activity, and I highly recommend everyone try it!

I'd eaten at this buffet before and had a good impression, so when my friends and I made a quick return visit, it was still full of pleasant surprises. What appealed to me most was the freshly carved sirloin steak. It was rich in flavor, perfectly grilled, and incredibly satisfying with the gravy. The seafood section was also outstanding; the snow crab legs, chilled shrimp, and mussels were all fresh, sweet, and replenished quickly, so there was no need to worry. The sushi was also high-quality, with fresh sashimi and perfectly seasoned rice, making it impossible to stop at just one piece. Of course, the collaboration with On Kee this season, offering abalone, was an added bonus. But ultimately, this buffet's core offerings are already strong—sirloin, seafood, and sushi are all excellent, and the desserts and hot dishes are not to be overlooked. This quick visit only lasted two hours, and I was completely stuffed, but it was definitely worth the price. I've already made plans with my friends to come back again soon!

I've always wanted to bring my husband to Felix for the experience. Many years ago, my sister and I came here for drinks, and at the time, I felt the place was quite dark and not as beautiful as I'd imagined. My memory might be a bit hazy now, so this time I specifically came with my husband to celebrate my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, the lobby manager escorted us directly to the elevator up to the restaurant, and then arranged a window seat for us, which was very thoughtful. Although I specifically called ahead to arrange it, the hotel did their best to accommodate my request, so I was very satisfied. As for the food, it was, of course, exceptional. The seafood in the seafood tower was very fresh. The dish that truly amazed me was the hot appetizer—the duck breast. The skin was crispy, and the meat inside was tender, almost like eating roast goose, not at all like the dry texture usually associated with duck breast. It was incredibly delicious. Besides that, the ambiance was excellent; we enjoyed our meal while looking out at the night sea view. All the staff that evening were very friendly, and finally, they presented me with birthday chocolates. It was truly a perfect start to the evening and a wonderful dining experience.
