The buffet dinner was the best I've ever had in mainland China. The room was clean and hygienic, and the restaurant had a small ball pit where children could play after eating, allowing adults to enjoy their meal at leisure.

The hotel facilities are good, the environment is beautiful, and the breakfast is plentiful. The pool area is lovely, and the dinner food is abundant. The staff are very polite, and overall, I am very satisfied.

This hotel is very close to the MTR station and shopping mall, offering great value for money. It's also near the zoo. The customer service agent, Xiao Lu, provided very attentive service. Highly recommended.

I was extremely satisfied with my first stay for my birthday last year, and this year, I still longed for everything about this hotel. The room was excellent, needless to say, and we were especially looking forward to the dinner and breakfast buffets. They were truly, truly better than those in Hong Kong, with unlimited alcoholic beverages and oysters. The food quality was not just five-star; it was exceptional. Even when full, people didn't rush for food because there was enough for everyone to enjoy freely. The waitstaff were truly sharp and professional. When we stained our clothes, a waiter immediately handed us wet wipes. The restaurant environment was incredibly beautiful, with tasteful design and high ceilings that didn't feel oppressive. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows made it comfortable whether day or night. Another key point: the air conditioning was cool enough! I must especially mention that the iced Americano in the morning was even better than the one from the coffee machine! Also, the pastries were Western-style, not the pre-made mainland Chinese style. We ate a lot, and they were delicious.
