Hotel location: Convenient. We took a taxi and arrived at the hotel in about ten minutes. It's also very convenient to take the subway to nearby attractions. There's a playroom downstairs, and guests get a 10% discount, which is great fun!👍 Cleanliness: Very good. The wooden floors feel clean, and carpets tend to hide dirt. Breakfast: Served until 10:30 AM. The variety wasn't extensive. When we arrived around 9:30 AM, many food items and juices were already gone, and we had to ask staff to replenish them. Additionally, we had to pay extra for children on the spot, which made it feel not worth the price.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and it's truly perfect for families with children. You can reach the Women and Children's Building directly from Exit B of Jingtian Station, then head to the elevator lobby where you'll see the hotel's dedicated elevators. Check-in is on the 28th floor. The front desk staff were polite and friendly; seeing that I had a child with me, they proactively asked if I needed children's slippers and dental kits, which was very thoughtful. The room was very clean and spacious. There are many restaurants downstairs and nearby the hotel, and the building also houses a children's library and an exploration museum, so you don't have to worry about having nothing to do on a rainy day. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with fantastic kid facilities as we get to visit the museum for free. It’s our second stay in this hotel and we really love the convenience of the train station which is really close and easy for moving around Shenzhen. We will come back again to stay here.

Suitable for family trips, the hotel location is convenient, facilities are new and clean, and the environment is ideal. The hotel restaurant is a bit small, and the food selection is not extensive. It is recommended to have breakfast between 7:30 and 8:30 to avoid crowds, as it gets busy after 8:30 and you might have to wait for a table. The Exploration Hall on the first floor is spacious, with play facilities suitable for kindergarten and early primary school children. Multiple entries and exits are allowed within a day.

The hotel's location is convenient, right above Jingtian Station, with easy access to transportation and dining options nearby, making it very suitable for family travel. In terms of service, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, making the check-in to check-out process very smooth, which made us feel right at home. The only area for improvement is that the breakfast selection is a bit limited; it would be better if more variety could be added. Overall, Shenzhen Jingju Hotel added many wonderful memories to our trip. We would consider staying again and recommend it to other travelers.

Jingju Hotel is very suitable for families, but unfortunately, we couldn't book a family room. The breakfast tastes good, but the variety is limited. The late-night snack can be skipped as there's not much to eat. The Children's Exploration Hall on the 1st floor is a lot of fun; the kids didn't want to leave. Hotel guests get a 10% discount and can enter and exit unlimited times on the same day. Both adults and children must wear non-slip socks.

The hotel was clean. When we checked in, our room wasn't ready, so the front desk staff proactively offered a late check-out until 2 PM the next day. There are many great food options nearby, including Thai cuisine, Chinese desserts, durian pizza, and freshly made ice cream. We also went to a nearby massage parlor and felt completely relaxed. The children's library has many books suitable for parent-child reading with young children. The children's discovery museum is large and has plenty of activities to keep kids entertained for an entire afternoon.

Convenient transportation: The hotel is right outside Exit B of Jing Tian Station. The place is clean and tidy, and the Children's Discovery Museum is a lot of fun. You don't even need to leave the hotel for a whole day.
