The hotel's recreational facilities are fantastic! There's a large outdoor swimming pool, a big pirate ship with a slide behind it, and even a bubble party. The kids had an absolute blast! There's also a beach with very fine sand. The only downside was that it was very crowded, but everyone had a great time because the weather was good! The hotel also has an indoor pool, a heated pool, and wet and dry saunas, among many other facilities! The rooms are spacious with comfortable mattresses, and the bathrooms are huge with a large bathtub where several children can bathe together! There's also a balcony outside the room where you can hang swimsuits to dry. There's an indoor play room, which isn't very big, but it's included in the package, so you can play there even before your room is ready. Outdoors, there's also a carousel and a climbing frame, but it was too hot, so we only played for a short while. The hotel's buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food, including fresh juices and many hot dishes. The only drawback is that there's often a one-hour wait, which, despite the extended breakfast hours, wastes guests' valuable time. I hope the hotel can improve this situation. The InterContinental brand provides excellent service, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained, new, and comfortable. It's very convenient and safe to have a robot deliver takeout to your room! Additionally, the package includes movie privileges, so you can enjoy watching movies in your room while eating – it's wonderful!

酒店員工服務態度非常好 check-in非常有效率。 買package只包括一大一小烏托邦樂園入場票, 員工另送多一set一大一小門票。 另外， 可以check out到兩點 令到我們第二天早上有足夠時間游泳及休息。 房間又大又乾淨， 而且有個大陽台。 浴室有個大浴缸也是非常乾淨。 早餐款式並不太多款式， 味道合適。 酒店內及室外泳池設施非常好 ， 室內及室外公園也非常大, 適合三至10歲小朋友玩。 下次也會再入住。。

With Hong Kong under Typhoon Signal No. 8 and heavy wind and rain, we found a warm haven at the InterContinental Shenzhen OCT. The buffet, available from morning to night, was incredibly lavish, with a dazzling array of seafood, hot dishes, and desserts that completely satisfied our palates. The children had an absolute blast; the indoor pool was warm and comfortable, and the Utopia Kids' Club was their paradise, filled with non-stop laughter. The two-day itinerary was rich and varied, and even with the storm raging outside, the indoors were filled with joy and warmth. From dining to entertainment, the hotel's thoughtfulness was evident everywhere, making this family time during the typhoon an unforgettable and beautiful memory for us all.

To celebrate my daughter's birthday, I specifically booked this hotel with a water park. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom and bathtub. Because it was her birthday, LEO at the front desk upgraded our room, gave us a small gift, and extended our check-out time to 2 PM. When we entered the room, there were even birthday decorations! The pool water was very clean, and although the sand on the artificial beach wasn't fine, it was still comfortable to walk on. Life jackets and armbands were available for free loan. The breakfast was very rich, with fresh juice, a noodle station, congee, and a wide variety of cereals. The only minor drawback was that the room didn't have a coffee capsule machine, but it was available at the buffet! I will definitely come again next time!

酒店位置非常好，在華僑城地鐵站c出口，出了地鐵站，一上到地面就到達酒店，非常方便。酒店泳池十分大，有瀡滑梯，有深水池，有室內暖水池，適合小朋友。而且有playhouse ，旋轉木馬，給小朋友去玩樂放電，小朋友十分歡喜。早餐質素很好。整體來說十分滿意。

酒店服務人員服務很好，設施非常多元化，泳池就像一個小型水上樂園，還有人造沙灘，室內恆溫按摩池及室內泳池；另外還有公園，室內playhouse，不停有驚喜！今次升級了套房，整個氣場很乾淨，環境舒適寧靜，真真正正放鬆了。就如其他用家所說，早餐時段要等位入座，雖然都有替代方案，安排入座中式餐廳，今次我選擇留低等候。總括而言，呢間酒店絕對係深圳首選親子酒店第一名，一定會再來！

The hotel rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are large. The artificial beach and small water park within the hotel are very interesting, and children will definitely love them. There's also a small playhouse, and scheduled craft activities, which is great! The buffet dinner is quite rich, and the buffet breakfast is also good. The entire package offers excellent value for money.

I am very satisfied. The hotel front desk upgraded our room type. The bed was very large and comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft. There was a walk-in closet, and the bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. The bathtub was large enough for three people to soak in at the same time, very roomy. The swimming pool was huge, and even with many people, it didn't feel crowded. The children's ball pit was a bit small, but the overall experience was very comfortable. My favorite part was the separate glass elevator that goes directly to the swimming pool, which was very thoughtful! The staff were also very polite, making us feel right at home. I will definitely want to go again!

Beautiful, clean hotel. Perfect for summer time to enjoy the pool. The rooms are very spacious but the bed is very high. Suggest one to book including breakfast as the individual buffet breakfast is expensive. Window of the world and shopping mall is a walking distance.
