We had a room available before 12 o'clock. The front desk staff were polite and explained the executive lounge schedule in detail, also informing us about the last Ferris wheel session. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of charging points. There was a long sofa by the window with a small tea table next to it, and a large table at the end of the sofa. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure was excellent. The only minor drawback was that there was no hand soap at the washbasin, only facial soap, which was a bit inconvenient! A small packet of bath salts was provided for the bathtub 👍. Although the executive lounge restaurant didn't offer a wide variety of food, everything was delicious and prepared with great care. It's also worth mentioning that all the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and polite, and proactively introduced the dishes. This level of service alone made it worth the price! Highly commendable!! 👍👏

It turns out the JW Marriott Lightwing Hotel doesn't have a swimming pool. It's closer to the Ferris wheel and the mall. Later, the staff transferred to the JW Marriott Hotel, which required a Didi ride. The place is spacious, the rooms are very comfortable, the pool is large and has a jacuzzi, and there's a wet and dry sauna. The executive lounge is good; the afternoon tea cakes are delicious, and the dinner drinks and light food are filling enough. The buffet breakfast is good, and the surrounding area is relatively quiet. You can walk to Uniwalk in about 20 minutes, or take the subway one stop. If you want a leisurely stay, it's a good choice. It's close to a large park, and you can also walk to the Ferris wheel in about ten minutes.

Arrived early that day, and the front desk staff were very kind to let us check in.🫶🏻 Our room was at the end of the hall, so it was larger. The view overlooked residential buildings and commercial towers. The hotel is within walking distance of OH Bay and the Shenzhen Eye🎡. There are also museums and art galleries nearby, and the area is spacious and quite comfortable 👍🏻. The hotel breakfast was excellent with many choices; it's rare to see spicy noodles available 😝. It felt less crowded and noisy here compared to the new wing.

Thank you to the hotel for decorating my room for my birthday and for the small cake. I used the "Happy Hour" service and had cocktails, noodles, snacks, some hot food, and cake, which was quite substantial. Both the indoor and outdoor seating areas of the restaurant were very comfortable. The breakfast selection wasn't vast, but there was a bit of everything. I'd like to commend the chefs in the noodle and rice noodle section, who were very enthusiastic and welcoming. However, there was only one stove in the omelet station, and after a group of people requested different egg styles from the chef, he missed my order. Given that the omelet station is the most popular, isn't it unreasonable to only have one stove? The service staff were excellent, pouring juice and hot drinks for every guest, but they couldn't keep up with clearing plates from the tables. I think it would be better to let guests pour their own juice, as they can control the amount they drink. It feels like the staff are well-trained and very kind, but the workflow isn't optimal. With limited staff, the prioritization of tasks seems poorly arranged. The room was very comfortable. Both the facilities and the staff are excellent; I believe the guest experience would be even better if the workflow could be improved.

The hotel is located near the Ferris wheel, with many restaurants and a large waterfront park nearby. It's about a 20-minute walk to Qianhai Hopland, making shopping very convenient. The hotel includes afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast buffet. Although the food selection is not extensive, the quality is quite good. The staff provides excellent and attentive service. Although the swimming pool is located at the main building, there is a 24-hour gym that is rarely used. 原本訂咗光之翼行政酒店但的士去錯咗主樓,距離都有一段距離,但職員非常好幫我改咗入住主樓,覺得訂咗行政樓層嘅客人很多,所以比較多人要等位才可入座,喺下午茶和黃昏雞尾酒會都有呢個情況,其他方面都非常好,

The front desk reminded guests that they can use their room card to access the hotel's main building for the swimming pool, spa, and club. It's not far to walk or take a taxi, about five minutes. I highly recommend their massage hot tub. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of food suitable for all ages. Overall, it's excellent 👍🏻
