We are a family from Singapore living in Hong Kong. It's easy to get to Intercontinental WECC Shenzhen Bao'an from Hong Kong. We took a direct bus from Langham Mong Kok to Hilton Garden Inn and walked about 7 minutes to Intercontinental. It was an easy, pleasant walk just across the bridge with a river. We booked the twin room and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had a beautiful black and white marbled theme, and all the staff, from the service desk, car concierge, room service, buffet breakfast, and dinner dining experience, were 10/10! My family of 2 adults, 2 children, and 1 toddler felt very welcomed and were treated like well-deserved guests. The services and attentiveness were impeccable. The buffet was so good we went twice, but my spouse had an episode of possible food poisoning from the oysters because the rest of us felt fine and he was the only one who ate them. The hotel was kind enough to extend our check-out a little later so we could rest up before our ride back to Hong Kong. They thoughtfully did all they could to make us feel better. Despite it all, we still love the buffet!

Intercontinental always exceed my expectations! My family of 2A2C + toddler decided to go for a short vacation for pre cny family time, buffet was incredibly sumptuous, there was a bbq station, sashimi bar, live oyster opening, freshly made pasta, lamb rack, roast beef, delicious chinese soup, noodle station, kids friendly buffet section, juices, cold seafood like scallops, prawns, mussels, crabs etc. Cold drink fridge, wine etc. everything you could ask for in a buffet spread. The dessert section was my absolute fav! pastries and cakes were top notch, I was already full but the dessert still wowed me because it was so well made. Staff was very attentive, cleared plates frequently, and was ready to serve at a glance. Conceirge services for their car transportation was impeccable, I asked if I could booked a car for my family to Huafa snow BONSKI and when I requested 1pm ride, they promoted me that it closes early at 4pm due to the eve of cny and suggested an earlier ride. 10/10 for IHG

This is our second time celebrating our anniversary at the InterContinental International Convention Center and enjoying the buffet dinner and breakfast at [Yue Restaurant]. In addition to maintaining the international five-star hotel's front desk and room service, we greatly appreciate the excellent cuisine and the warm, high-quality dining service. [Yue Restaurant]'s dishes use premium and high-quality ingredients, with exquisite and thoughtful plating, and excellent cooking techniques, making for a very enjoyable experience (including French Sapphire oysters, Beef Wellington, foie gras, slow-cooked Angus beef, soft-shelled turtle, giant grouper, Chinese stewed soup, mushroom soup, stone-ground soy milk, etc.). Besides several signature hotel dishes, we highly recommend "Master Huang's Secret Rou Jia Mo," which was incredibly delicious. In terms of service, we particularly commend Haidi Zhang and Carlin Lin for providing us with friendly, attentive, proactive, and professional dining service. They both took kind and careful care of my mother, which made her feel very warm. Other staff members in the restaurant, including the chefs in the kitchen, were very friendly and polite, with some even introducing dishes to us in Cantonese. The only slight disappointment was the desserts. I originally chose this hotel again to celebrate our anniversary because I was deeply impressed by the InterContinental's signature red velvet and original cheesecake desserts last year, but this time I was a little disappointed. Although the appearance and taste of the desserts were of five-star hotel quality, they didn't have the same amazing quality as last year. I remember last time the dessert section was managed by the same senior chef in black, but he was not present this time. In addition to the absence of the signature red velvet and original cheesecake, the flavors of the various cakes were not distinct enough (whether it was grapefruit, Earl Grey, osmanthus, or pistachio, the flavors were very similar), and the cake textures were all similar mousse cakes, which was rather monotonous. Overall, we highly recommend the InterContinental Convention Center and [Yue Restaurant], and we thank the staff for their service.

Although the Hong Kong Island Through Train doesn't stop directly at the hotel, there are stops at the nearby Huafa Ice and Snow World and Shajing Wanfeng Coast City. So, it's very convenient to have lunch and watch a movie at the mall before taking a car to the hotel. We just missed the free shuttle to Huafa, but calling a car ourselves was also very cheap. So, it wasn't too late to enjoy dinner leisurely before heading over to play. The hotel's service was excellent; they knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and upgraded our room, even sending a cake. It was very thoughtful 🥰 And the dinner was delicious, very satisfying 😆

The hotel staff were polite and professional, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We had an all-you-can-eat set meal at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Cai Feng Lou. It was a Sunday evening, and there were only two tables of guests in the main hall, so it was relatively quiet. The portion sizes were appropriate, and we could order more if we liked. The waitstaff were professional, frequently changing our plates and refilling our drinks. Although the portions were small, there were many dishes worth trying. Thank you for the very helpful staff. We arrived very late at the hotel, around 7 PM, and then we had a buffet at 8 PM. They reheated many of the dishes for us! So good.

The overall stay was a perfect 10. The hotel design is innovative, and upon check-in, welcome drinks were offered to guests. We also received a free room upgrade and complimentary welcome drink vouchers. The front desk staff were warm and hospitable, and the room was cleaned meticulously. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of food, especially the barbecue items which tasted superb. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

The staff at the check-in counter were very nice, and the room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast quality was quite good, excellent!

Klook is truly commendable. Other websites only sell rooms, but Klook includes a buffet for 2 adults and 1 child, which perfectly suits the needs of a family. The InterContinental brand lives up to its reputation; the service is excellent, the rooms are beautiful, and the buffet dinner is absolutely outstanding! This trip was 99.99 points, with the only deduction, which is also a common drawback in most mainland hotels, being the insufficient air conditioning. However, the duvet for sleeping was too thick. I asked the hotel if they had a thinner one, but they didn't. Perhaps I'll need to bring a thin blanket on my next trip.

This hotel's package included a buffet dinner and breakfast. The room was spacious and clean, and although it faced a residential complex with no particular view, the bed was large and comfortably firm. However, based on previous guest reviews, I expected a coffee machine and bath salts, but these were not available. The central air conditioning made the room a bit warm in the middle of the night. Furthermore, the buffet dinner had limited options; there was no lobster or Beef Wellington. The fresh oysters were from Korea, and they ran out immediately, taking a long time to be refilled. The sashimi was also cut into very small pieces. There were cold cuts, but surprisingly, no Western soup with the bread. The hot pot ingredients were not very appealing. On the other hand, I was pleasantly surprised to find my favorite taro balls among the desserts, though the ice cream brand was unknown and tasted average. Overall, the buffet dinner was very disappointing. However, the breakfast was good; the seafood congee was delicious, and the pastries were appealing. The hotel service was excellent, but it would be even more perfect if the buffet dinner could be improved.
