嘩，第一眼入到酒店就覺得好華麗，裝修好別致！我本身訂兩張床，酒店職員主動幫我升級為大房！仲送兩杯飲品，入到房間感覺很新很乾淨舒服，有智能廁所，花灑水力充足，風筒風力好夠，而且還有蒸氣熨斗及雨傘真係好驚喜！該有的都有！由於我訂的房間係包括咖啡及蛋糕，味道不錯👍仲有得做gym room ，游水同親子樂園！小朋友都玩得好開心，適合一家大細，真係值得推介！下次有機會都會訂這一間！好多謝前台的服務員送了小禮物給子女，感謝Winne , Rainbow , Diana , Wendy ~ 整潔度：10分滿分 服務：10分滿分

經朋友介紹，我們一家三口（目的是嘗試帶兩歲女兒來深圳過夜）。以一千元左右港幣來說能入住五星級的洲際酒店包自助早餐，性價比高。辦入住時Kidd給我介紹酒店設施，提供了大堂歡迎飲料券和送我們一個可愛的小孩手環禮物。這次訂了親子房，孩子喜歡房間佈置，不怕陌生，在房間跑來跑去。入住期間雖然才短短的24小時，我們還有去過室內泳池和2-3樓的兒童遊戲室，如果還有機會的話下次再來試試其他的東西（晚餐/健身房/桑拿等等）。整體來說，酒店高級，衛生舒適，員工有禮，如果深圳灣坐地鐵花多一點時間和中途需要轉線，打車的話30分鐘內到達會方便很多。

Intercontinental always exceed my expectations! My family of 2A2C + toddler decided to go for a short vacation for pre cny family time, buffet was incredibly sumptuous, there was a bbq station, sashimi bar, live oyster opening, freshly made pasta, lamb rack, roast beef, delicious chinese soup, noodle station, kids friendly buffet section, juices, cold seafood like scallops, prawns, mussels, crabs etc. Cold drink fridge, wine etc. everything you could ask for in a buffet spread. The dessert section was my absolute fav! pastries and cakes were top notch, I was already full but the dessert still wowed me because it was so well made. Staff was very attentive, cleared plates frequently, and was ready to serve at a glance. Conceirge services for their car transportation was impeccable, I asked if I could booked a car for my family to Huafa snow BONSKI and when I requested 1pm ride, they promoted me that it closes early at 4pm due to the eve of cny and suggested an earlier ride. 10/10 for IHG

【客房設施、景觀與隔音】客房設施設備現代化，採用了智能燈控系統與便利的電動窗簾，科技感十足。特別棒的是，房間的窗景可以直接欣賞到福海河景，傍晚的日落美景極其迷人。不過美中不足的是隔音效果較為一般，入夜後容易聽到外面貨車行駛及列車駛過的聲音，淺眠者晚上可能會受噪音影響。【地理位置與運動休閒】酒店地理位置不錯，步行前往福海河畔僅需5分鐘。對於像我這樣熱愛跑步的人來說，酒店非常貼心地提供了4至6公里的建議跑步路線，能一邊沿著河岸慢跑一邊欣賞風景，體驗十分美好。 【餐飲體驗（自助晚餐）】這次套餐包含的自助晚餐非常驚豔！食物種類極其豐富，基本上想得到的料理這裡都有供應。特別推薦現場的燒烤串串、熱騰騰的火鍋、多款酒水無限暢飲，還有現點現開的新鮮生蠔，食材誠意十足，性價比很高。 【自助早餐】的部分雖然沒有到特別驚喜，但食材質素非常好，吃得出新鮮與精緻度，尤其是溫泉蛋做得恰到好處，令人印象深刻：）服務和酒店地點也都讓人滿意，是性價比很高的週末度假選擇！」 【健身房設施與體驗】健身房的器材都很新穎，維護得不錯。不過在使用時遇到了一點小插曲：現場有一些看起來非常專業的健身愛好者，在每輪流更換使用一項器材時，都會拿著大型噴氣瓶對著器材進行大面積消毒。雖然注重衛生是好事，但由於噴氣力道過大，導致細霧與氣流直接噴濺波及到周邊正在運動的其他客人（包含我自己），這方面的使用禮儀與現場管理或許還有改善的空間。

This is our second time celebrating our anniversary at the InterContinental International Convention Center and enjoying the buffet dinner and breakfast at [Yue Restaurant]. In addition to maintaining the international five-star hotel's front desk and room service, we greatly appreciate the excellent cuisine and the warm, high-quality dining service. [Yue Restaurant]'s dishes use premium and high-quality ingredients, with exquisite and thoughtful plating, and excellent cooking techniques, making for a very enjoyable experience (including French Sapphire oysters, Beef Wellington, foie gras, slow-cooked Angus beef, soft-shelled turtle, giant grouper, Chinese stewed soup, mushroom soup, stone-ground soy milk, etc.). Besides several signature hotel dishes, we highly recommend "Master Huang's Secret Rou Jia Mo," which was incredibly delicious. In terms of service, we particularly commend Haidi Zhang and Carlin Lin for providing us with friendly, attentive, proactive, and professional dining service. They both took kind and careful care of my mother, which made her feel very warm. Other staff members in the restaurant, including the chefs in the kitchen, were very friendly and polite, with some even introducing dishes to us in Cantonese. The only slight disappointment was the desserts. I originally chose this hotel again to celebrate our anniversary because I was deeply impressed by the InterContinental's signature red velvet and original cheesecake desserts last year, but this time I was a little disappointed. Although the appearance and taste of the desserts were of five-star hotel quality, they didn't have the same amazing quality as last year. I remember last time the dessert section was managed by the same senior chef in black, but he was not present this time. In addition to the absence of the signature red velvet and original cheesecake, the flavors of the various cakes were not distinct enough (whether it was grapefruit, Earl Grey, osmanthus, or pistachio, the flavors were very similar), and the cake textures were all similar mousse cakes, which was rather monotonous. Overall, we highly recommend the InterContinental Convention Center and [Yue Restaurant], and we thank the staff for their service.

Although the Hong Kong Island Through Train doesn't stop directly at the hotel, there are stops at the nearby Huafa Ice and Snow World and Shajing Wanfeng Coast City. So, it's very convenient to have lunch and watch a movie at the mall before taking a car to the hotel. We just missed the free shuttle to Huafa, but calling a car ourselves was also very cheap. So, it wasn't too late to enjoy dinner leisurely before heading over to play. The hotel's service was excellent; they knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and upgraded our room, even sending a cake. It was very thoughtful 🥰 And the dinner was delicious, very satisfying 😆

非常滿意各方面，如果打算慶祝生日，必選這間酒店，提早要求必做到，仲佈置得很靚，還有一小個旦糕送。房間大，餐廳舒適，食物豐富，服務一流，值得一住再住。

酒店整體都好高級及很新淨。晚餐自助餐款式多，有新鮮生蠔，生蠔肥美新鮮，有鵝肝好味，魚生都ok,但是魚生不是即切，是放在一堆自行夾，感覺應該不是太衛生。早餐款式都ok。

前台職員親切友善又快手，即使是假日入住高峰時間，好快就拎到房卡上房，讚👍🏻👍🏻客房佈置實用又不失高級感，自助早餐及晚餐款式琳琅滿目，物超所值嘅一次體驗，已經訂定11月再去

用優惠價帶住2個小朋友玩2日1夜，過咗一個愉快週末，晚上行政酒廊多人，場地唔算好大，但坐得舒適，每張枱都唔會好近，有私人空間，未有位可以係房等通知，幾好。早晨多選擇，避開人流高峰期就可以。兒童樂園同游泳池，小朋友玩得最開心。
