This is my third stay, and Mr. Tim Tang at the front desk helped arrange a high-floor sea view room! At breakfast, we received enthusiastic service from Ms. Fan (chef). I had asked her if there was mackerel, and later, to my surprise, she brought freshly grilled mackerel to our table. Five-star service enjoyed at Hilton Garden Inn, absolutely amazing! 👍

Great value for money, the hotel includes breakfast and a complimentary set of exquisite souvenir mugs. The room is quite large and clean. There are also gardens and shopping malls nearby. The only downside is that it's a bit far to walk.

The room was clean and comfortable with an open view. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality food and drinks, and the braised beef noodles served during breakfast were a particular highlight – excellent! However, the sofa was not very comfortable. Overall, the package price was great value for money.

Although we got the location wrong, thinking it was the "Convention and Exhibition Center" when it turned out to be the National Exhibition and Convention Center near the airport, which was quite a distance... However, the experience after checking in was still good.

I made an appointment with a friend to visit Shenzhen, so I chose this hotel. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Shenzhen!

International brand hotel, management, facilities, accommodation, food, and cleanliness are all of high quality. The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioning is adjustable and maintains a comfortable temperature, and the breakfast buffet is delicious with international flavors – absolutely fantastic!

Although the location is a bit far, it's comfortable, clean, and the service is excellent. I forgot to ask the staff for the souvenir cup. There's a convenience store nearby. Because the hotel was busy, we couldn't get a late checkout. The breakfast had many choices and the food was high quality!

The environment is beautifully green, close to Guozhan North Station, and easy to reach. Thanks to Pace Fan at the front desk for helping arrange a high-floor sea view room. The room was clean and met five-star standards!
