It's delicious, with a wide variety of seafood and sashimi. The oysters are large and sweet, but there's a long queue as only one chef shucks them. The Chinese soup is very good, and the sweet shrimp are tasty but not refilled. There's a huge selection of desserts, and the ice cream is excellent. All types of drinks are available, including red wine and soda, all-you-can-drink. 90% of the customers are Hongkongers!

Celebrating a birthday with family? We chose the InterContinental Shenzhen buffet. The restaurant even gave us a small cake, which tasted excellent. There was a huge variety of food, and our whole group left with full bellies. The value for money is outstanding. I love sweets, and the desserts were delicious. They also had crayfish, giant river prawns, and oysters. Outside in the garden, there was a barbecue where you could eat skewers. The value for money is truly exceptional; I will definitely come again next time.

食物種類多，豐富同新鮮，亦有火鍋，生蠔大約6:30pm左右先有，都ok幾好食，飲品任飲，全場差唔多係香港人，小朋友有復活節活動比佢哋玩。

This time, I brought an elderly person to enjoy the buffet. Purchasing through Klook was very convenient, and the price was reasonable. The hotel buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, the food was exquisite, and the staff were attentive and polite. However, there was one thing we were dissatisfied with: while it's reasonable to check an elderly person's ID before entering the restaurant, taking a photo of the ID felt truly uncivilized. Previously, when we went to other hotels for all-you-can-eat or buffet meals, they would just check the documents and let us in. This time, having to take a photo felt like an invasion of personal privacy. Please inform the hotel restaurant to clarify that if customers purchase senior tickets, a photo of the ID will be required, so that customers can decide for themselves.

A fantastic dining experience, with 80% of the patrons being Hongkongers. It offers five-star service at dai pai dong prices. Although we arrived late and only had an hour to dine, all the staff waited until the very last moment before clearing the food, without rushing us. The food selection includes Chinese, Japanese, and Western dishes, offering everything imaginable. The desserts are highly recommended!
