There are direct buses from Hong Kong to Wanghai Tower. To reach Nanhai Tower, you can walk or take the hotel's free electric shuttle. The nearest subway station, "Sea World," is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Next to the hotel, there is a cultural and art museum with several cafes on the ground floor, offering outdoor seating with sea views. The signs inside and outside the hotel are not very clear; it took half a circle to find the entrance to Nanhai Tower, and it also took time to locate the front desk and the elevators to the guest rooms. However, the hotel's service, room cleanliness, room view, and facilities are all worthy of a five-star rating. Next time, I might consider staying in the newer Wanghai Tower. Cleanliness:

The service was very professional, and the hotel was spacious and clean, truly living up to its five-star rating! The extensive breakfast buffet really required three hours to fully enjoy! But even more surprising was the hotel's dinner buffet. I ate my favorite roast beef, which was full of juice and flavor (eating four slices already made it worth the price)! During my stay, it was hairy crab season, and the dinner buffet included one hairy crab per person, weighing about four to five taels – absolutely superb! The hairy crabs even had origin labels, so there was no fear of eating crabs of unknown provenance. Additionally, fresh oysters from France were provided, shucked on the spot by the chef. Honestly, I wouldn't dare eat raw oysters anywhere else besides a five-star hotel. It was also my first time at a buffet where Peking duck was wrapped fresh on site, and Buddha Jumps Over the Wall was also served – all incredibly delicious! There was also free-flow red wine, white wine, and soft drinks. Overall, the hotel's dinner buffet offers incredibly high value for money and is definitely worth revisiting!

The twin balconies are definitely the biggest selling point of this hotel; they are truly fantastic. Being there, you can feel the comfort of the open sea view. The suite design is impeccable. The only minor inconvenience is having to go to the Sea View Wing for swimming. Although there's a car to take you while wearing a bathrobe, there might not be a car for the return journey, so walking back can be very hot, unlike in Hong Kong. The hotel doesn't have staff permanently stationed outside the door, which should be improved! There's an indoor pool on the 3rd floor, but the pool in the South Sea Wing is two meters deep throughout, which I believe most guests will forgo! The gym is open 24 hours. Many thanks to Jenny at the front desk for her thoughtful and thorough arrangements for us, but the baggage service staff were very poor! The oysters at the buffet dinner were delicious, and the tiger prawns, clams, and scallops were fresh, but there was only one type of hot pot beef, and the quality was average. The environment was very comfortable with high ceilings and elegant design. Breakfast offered a rich variety. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay and will definitely go again if I have the chance.

I stayed one night in a standard room with a sea view at the Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai and had a generally good experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern design, comfortable bed, and complete toiletries. The hotel's location is convenient, close to Sea World, with a wide variety of dining options nearby. The breakfast selection was acceptable, a mix of Chinese and Western, though the taste was average. The staff were enthusiastic, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing in the room was a bit weak, but it didn't affect the overall experience. It's suitable for both business and leisure travelers and offers good value for money. There is a direct bus that goes straight to the hotel entrance.

The room was very spacious, and the terrace offered views of Shenzhen Bay, though the sea view was slightly obstructed, perhaps because the floor wasn't high enough. The staff provided excellent service and were very happy to help us; during afternoon tea, a staff member took some beautiful photos for us! The hotel's location is a bit far from all the main shopping malls, but it's secluded and very quiet. Overall, the hotel is perfect for a vacation, very comfortable, and we would definitely come again.

The hotel is divided into two parts: the South China Sea Wing and the Seaview Wing. The South China Sea Wing was converted from the South China Sea Hotel, and its facilities and ambiance are relatively more traditional, yet it evokes the feeling of a Southeast Asian resort hotel. The suites feature a double balcony design, offering panoramic sea views and distant views of the Yuen Long mountains, creating a pleasant sensation. The hotel's buffet dinner offers a very rich selection of food, including freshly caught seafood, freshly sliced beef for hotpot ingredients, and grilled oysters that are juicy and tender.

Booking a package is the ideal choice. The hotel's location is excellent, with both wings offering sea views, which is incredibly refreshing for both body and mind, especially with the cool breeze in the evening. The staff are warm, friendly, and attentive, providing great value for money. The buffet dinner maintains its high standard, and the breakfast is even more surprising with its wide variety!

Services: All the amenities expected of a five-star hotel are available. Breakfast is decent, and there aren't many people. The Seaview Building has indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The outdoor pool is no deeper than 1.1 meters, making it suitable for children to play in, and there's also a bubble pool. The indoor pool is no deeper than 1.5 meters, with a comfortable temperature. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

今次係慶祝我朋友生日 所以揀咗呢個國際品牌嘅酒店 佢哋嘅服務態度真係對得住呢個品牌首先check-in嘅時候櫃檯前嘅服務員態度超級友善，主動送生果盤同升級我哋海景房！晚上吃自助餐嘅時候⋯因為我沒有提前說是慶祝生日！所以沒有什麼佈置！但職員很好，突然送了兩份鮑魚海參給我們吃！還有 晚上自助餐有些西式麵包！我覺得凍嘅不好吃！職員主動幫我加熱！真是很貼心！ 酒店地點：行幾分鐘就係海上世界！真係好方便 交通便利性：深圳灣過關call車只需要廿零蚊就到！可以選擇搭地鐵！搭地鐵都好方便 服務：服務態度真係一流 果然係出名嘅品牌酒店

The hotel is beautiful, and all staff members, including those at the front desk, F&B, fitness center, and concierge, are very hospitable and polite. I especially want to thank the concierge manager and his staff, James, for their special assistance in arranging the shuttle bus to the pier. It's truly a 5-star hotel.
