The entire hotel feels very comfortable, and the lobby is very stylish. The deluxe sea view room is excellent, with a first-class view, and the sleep was comfortable and quiet. I booked another night through KLOOK the next day, and I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

The environment is comfortable and clean. We booked a deluxe sea view double room and it really faces the sea, which is very pleasant. You can't watch the sunrise, but next door is Prince Bay Garden where you can eat, and there's also a shopping mall.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the MTR station and K11 Ecoast, making it very easy to shop, dine, or visit tourist attractions. The rooms are neat and clean, well-organized, making guests feel comfortable and at ease upon entering. The view from the window is open, offering a wide and pleasant vista of the city's nightscape or distant mountains and sea. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, making guests feel at home. It's worth mentioning that the hotel also provides complimentary late-night snacks. Overall, this is a hotel with a great location, comfortable environment, and excellent service, providing a very satisfying stay.

酒店非常方便，就在太子灣站口。凱悅集團旗下酒店質量有保證。 雖然酒店不大，但環境舒適，房間開揚。 早餐款式不多，但味道是可以的。

The location is right next to K11, and the facilities are very new. Xiao Pan at the front desk was very helpful, showing us to our room and helping with our luggage. She was incredibly kind, and we will definitely stay here again! 👍🏼

位置方便，太子灣站B1出口對面就是。鄰近大型商場K11及郵輪母港，環境舒適。酒店裝飾有設計感，大堂及餐廳都能予人好好放鬆的感覺。最煩人問題來了，購買的是免費延遲退房至下午兩點，11點半那個智能機器就通話提醒12點退房，聯絡管家告知所買套票是延遲退房的。被告知他們這邊沒有顯示，但也即是處理了延至兩點退房。以為可以好好再睡一覺🤦🏻‍♀️12點半那個智能又再響起提醒未退房，再聯絡管家表示不用理會，可我已經被嘈醒了🤷🏻‍♀️12點45分再有執房的拍門問是否今天還房🙄救命究竟有沒有溝通的。這個是全個入住體驗最差的。

剛去完太子灣K11遊閒的兩日一夜,經Klook 訂了最近地鐵站和K11商場的太子灣逸扉酒店,位置很好非常方便,酒店大堂型格氣派,海景房間開揚舒適,但隔聲不是太好有雜聲不過也是攤抖义電的好選擇,餐廳早餐選擇不多,環境算不錯. 雖然K11商場比較靜和商鋪不多,但兩日時間不多已夠周圍行吓睇吓,可上去空中花園和戶外海濱公園長廊悠閒地行吓坐吓,又有不同茶飲店,倦了很快回酒店小休後黃昏晚飯後再散步也是正適合喜歡休靜人士來過小渡假
