Arrived around 3-something, and the staff said they were still preparing the room, so we had to wait 10 minutes. We sat on the sofa and waited for twenty minutes, but no one informed us that our room was ready (the last time we stayed at another Hyatt in Shenzhen, we also had to wait, but they came to inform us when the room was ready). I went to the counter to ask, and they asked me to show my Home Return Permit to check again, then said we could actually check in already! Overall, the staff were polite. For the buffet dinner, they seated us next to where they cleared cutlery and food, which felt noisy and unhygienic. We requested to move, and initially, the staff asked if we had a reservation. I said it was part of a package, and then a "manager" helped us move to another table, luckily! There were crab legs but no scissors. I asked a staff member for scissors, and they eventually gave me a pair of tongs, not scissors, so I had to be very careful when using them. However, I've also experienced hotel buffets where staff said they didn't have enough scissors and went to look for some, but never returned. For the morning buffet, after entering the restaurant, no one showed us to a table. We looked around for a while and couldn't find a seat, and we didn't know which tables had been vacated. We asked a staff member for help, and they found us a table, immediately cleaned it, and it had a sea view, which was nice! The room was large and very comfortable. There was a heated swimming pool, but due to the sudden drop in temperature, we only visited it. There's a shopping mall and cinema next to the hotel, which is very convenient. Hyatt is an international brand, so I have more confidence in it. This Klook package – one night's stay including double buffet breakfast and dinner – is excellent value for money.

Because it was my boyfriend's birthday, I booked a room with a buffet breakfast and dinner. When I made the booking, Klook had already made a note to the hotel for me, asking them to help decorate the room. Upon arrival, the check-in staff were very kind, polite, and attentive. Unfortunately, the room was only upgraded from a mountain view to a partial sea view. However, for just over a hundred dollars more, I could choose a full sea view room where I could see the sunrise, so I immediately paid cash to upgrade. The view from the room was indeed stunning and absolutely worth it. At dinner time, they arranged for staff to decorate the room and thoughtfully presented a birthday cake. The check-out time could also be extended until 2 PM, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were also delicious. This hotel is conveniently located, with a shopping mall nearby. Cross the border at Heung Yuen Wai Control Point, then take the MTR to Haishan Station (13 minutes). Walk underground to One City and then connect to the hotel in a few minutes. One City has some restaurants to choose from. There's a 7-Eleven across the road from the hotel. The room was spacious and new, with a very open view, which was nice. Facilities: The swimming pool is small and narrow but sufficient for swimming. However, with more than 3 people, it gets crowded and you have to avoid others. The appearance is good for relaxing, and the water is 1.2 meters deep, with sunlight in the afternoon. Gym: Very large and professional, with many new machines. There's a smaller gym room exclusively for hotel guests 24 hours a day. If the main gym is too crowded, you can use your hotel room card to enter this one. It has multiple zones and many classes daily, which hotel guests can attend for free. There's a stretching room and a boxing area. Dining: The breakfast had a good variety and tasted nice. A unique offering was freshly wrapped wontons, but the taste was mediocre. The afternoon tea was a Western-style three-tiered stand. The taste was acceptable, but the bottom layer had two pears, which felt out of place; scones would have been better. The hot chocolate drink had a lot of milk and only a faint chocolate flavor, very different from what's usually served, but it was okay. The other drink, mint tea, was good.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and we were extremely satisfied. The hotel staff took our requests very seriously. We checked in on Father's Day, which also happened to be my husband's lunar birthday. I had submitted this request in advance and mentioned it again upon check-in. Mr. Fong at the front desk politely and seriously assured us that he was aware of it. He handled everything very diligently and even told us he would upgrade us to a sea-view room, wishing my husband a happy birthday. We arrived early for check-in, and he asked us to give the staff about ten minutes to prepare the room. After the entire check-in process was complete, we were given our room. We were amazed when we saw the room; it had a beautiful view and was on the very high 42nd floor. It turned out they had prepared a room decoration, which I hadn't even requested, and also provided a cake. I am incredibly grateful for the surprise they arranged for my husband. They arranged things for us that we didn't even ask for, unlike other hotels that charge extra for such arrangements. The cake they provided was also excellent, very delicious and of high quality. We booked the breakfast and dinner buffet. The dinner buffet food was also good, and every staff member was very polite. There was also a singer present who sang a birthday song for my husband, making it a very happy evening. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely support it again. The next morning's breakfast buffet also offered a wide variety and good taste. After breakfast, we went for a walk and returned, hoping to extend our check-out time to freshen up. Coincidentally, Mr. Fong and another colleague, Mr. Cheuk, very politely handled our request. They then granted us an extra two hours, possibly because it was a weekday. However, they did not treat our request lightly but seriously considered it before agreeing. The Grand Hyatt Hotel is definitely worth staying at and enjoying. Service: Exceeded expectations. Cleanliness: Very clean and comfortable. Transportation convenience: Close to the MTR station.

The hotel is accessible from Haishan Metro Station, close to Liantang Port, so transportation is quite convenient. Downstairs from the hotel is the One City shopping mall, making dining and entertainment easy. A few minutes' walk will take you to the濱海長廊 (Binhai Promenade) and the Lighthouse Library. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning is just right for a good night's sleep. The room is clean and dry; even the thick carpet is dry and odorless, meeting 5-star standards. The bathroom and bathtub facilities are well-maintained, giving a pristine and clean impression. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff are polite and patient. The buffet offers a rich variety of fresh food, and buying it with a package is good value. My only minor complaint is that the swimming pool is a bit small, and the disinfection pool at the entrance is too steep, designed with garden pebbles, and several steps lack handrails.

The room was comfortable, and the bathtub was spacious enough. The dinner buffet offered unlimited red and white wine, with good quality red wine and excellent desserts. Seafood was a letdown; the oysters were completely unappetizing and should be served grilled instead. The scallops were tasteless. However, the sashimi, sushi, and barbecue were all delicious. We also had abalone served at our table; although not large, it was tender enough. The steak surprisingly had a good beef flavor. Breakfast was also plentiful. The gym was incredibly spacious. If you bring children, you can also book activities, and there are dedicated staff to help look after them. There was so much to eat and do, we didn't have enough time! At $14XX, it offers great value for money. The location is also superb; it's very close to the promenade for shopping and walking. We also visited the Lighthouse Library and Eunpyeong Park. This two-day trip was many times better than joining any tour group.

The hotel lobby is located on the 31st floor, and stepping out of the elevator is already breathtaking, with a commanding view and an incredibly open panorama. The hotel has 50 floors in total, and we were very satisfied to be assigned a room on the 48th floor. The only minor issue was that when I made the reservation, I requested two adjacent rooms, but this was not accommodated. There is a connecting door between the rooms, so if they had been adjacent, it would have been perfect. The hotel's dinner buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, with unlimited Asahi beer and red wine, plus a Buddha Jumps Over the Wall soup for each person, which was very rich in flavor. The breakfast buffet was even more outstanding, with both Chinese and Western options, each excellent in its own way. The tea eggs were very flavorful, and the glutinous rice chicken was also delicious. The chefs at the live cooking station prepared omelets on the spot, even tossing the pan, which was highly entertaining! Finally, there's also a super-sized gym with extremely comprehensive equipment!

The cleanliness of the rooms was also commendable; everything was kept impeccably tidy, making me feel right at home. Secondly, the hotel's service quality was impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always greeting guests with a smile and readily offering assistance and recommendations. Whether it was the front desk reception or room service, they meticulously handled every detail, making me feel valued and cared for. Furthermore, the hotel's package activities were thoughtfully arranged. The activities offered a variety of choices, including dining, spa treatments, and sightseeing, allowing guests to select according to their preferences and needs. I participated in one of the activities and enjoyed a delicious buffet, which made me feel very happy and relaxed. Overall, I was deeply impressed by the selected accommodation package activities at Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian. The accommodation experience, service quality, and activity arrangements were all outstanding, allowing me to have a pleasant and fulfilling holiday. If given the opportunity, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel's package activities again and recommend them to others. I thank the hotel team for their thoughtful arrangements, which gave me an unforgettable stay.

This is my second time at Hyatt Regency Yantian. The transportation is very convenient now, as you can cross the border at Liantang Port and get off at Haishan Station on Line 8. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a heated swimming pool. The only minor inconvenience is having to go through the lobby and then take an elevator down to the fifth floor, which is a bit awkward. Although afternoon tea is not included, you can get coffee and cake for 48 yuan on Meituan. In the evening, there's a light dinner with a mini hot pot, which is a generous portion. The only downside was the air conditioning wasn't strong enough, and there was someone singing. The staff's service attitude was very good. The price is reasonable, the place is comfortable, and there are large shopping malls and sea views nearby. It's a good choice.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The package I chose included both breakfast and dinner buffets. The breakfast buffet was of normal quality, with a good variety of food and drinks. However, the dinner buffet had fewer food choices and the quality was just average. Especially their chilled seafood – although there were oysters and scallops, I'm not sure if it's because they weren't shucked on the spot, but they weren't very fresh; the moisture had all gone, and it was like eating rubber... On the other hand, each person was served a grilled oyster with garlic and vermicelli for dinner, which was quite good. Among the desserts, there was a mochi pudding that was delicious.
