入住體驗非常良好，當我們在等待check in時有職員建議我們都到41樓check-in那裏比較舒適，當時我們就答應他，因為不用等候check-in也很順利環境也很舒服職員upgrade我哋更高層的房間這裏的清潔環境很好。在餐飲方便自助餐晚餐食品一般沒有太大驚喜但也有特別的菜式贈送，當天是海參和魚子醬也很特別。早餐很豐盛值得吃我們也加錢為我的家人一起進食這裏的職員非常有禮，而且很熱情的協助我們。在這裏渡過一個愉快嘅假期。因為這次係我和丈夫的周年紀念，我們跟餐廳說他們也很好的，為我們送上蛋糕送上房間，非常感謝！

This is my second stay at this hotel, and it's perfect for families with children, especially those aged 2 to 7. Here's why: 1. The lobby has a free indoor playroom with no time limits or sessions! Kids can play from 9 AM to 9 PM. 2. The room's living area is very spacious, with enough room for kids to run and jump around. The bathroom is also large enough for three children to bathe together, and the environment is very clean. 3. This time, it was my 5-year-old son's birthday, and he specifically requested to stay at this hotel. The staff member, Eva, thoughtfully arranged room decorations and prepared a beautiful small cake, which was truly attentive. This time, two families stayed together; my son loves dinosaurs, and my friend's daughter loves animals, and Eva arranged everything perfectly. Also, last time I found there weren't many good breakfast options nearby, so this time I booked the breakfast buffet. It was a pleasant surprise, offering Chinese, Western, and Japanese options. Although the space isn't huge, it has everything you need. Those who love bread will be especially delighted because there's a wide variety of delicious breads! Even my son said he didn't want to go back to Hong Kong because he was having so much fun!🤣🤣🤣

This made exploring the city very easy for me. 2. Beautiful Scenery: The views from this hotel are stunning, especially at night. From the hotel window, I could enjoy a magical light show, allowing me to appreciate the beautiful scenery right from my room. 3. Rich Amenities: This hotel offers a variety of facilities. In addition to a gym, the hotel also has a small swimming pool. Although the pool is small, I felt very good in it and was able to relax. I particularly want to commend the hotel's front desk staff, Kiki Wang. Overall, I have a very good impression of this hotel; its service and facilities met my expectations. We were very satisfied with the dining experience, and the quality exceeded our expectations. The hotel package provided a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The accommodation was elegant, the dining quality was excellent, and the leisure and entertainment activities were rich and diverse. The only thing that needs improvement is that when we checked in, we waited a long time at the front desk to collect the Meland tickets. The hotel front desk staff told us that since it was Sunday on our arrival day, the tickets had already been distributed. We said we could wait until the next day (Monday) to collect them, but on the second day, we also waited a long time and had to urge the staff before we finally received the tickets. I wonder what the reason was?! Additionally, Meland was just okay. Overall, this two-day, one-night trip was very pleasant, and the children had a great time.

服務超級好，前台幫手轉雙床房，服務員幫手搬行李箱到另一間房，自助晚餐及早餐都高質而且多選擇，早餐可自選生果，有服務員即場新鮮榨汁給你，粥品麵也可自選食材即場制作，復活節每個孩子都送了一份可愛復活蛋甜品；孩子都很喜歡，而且位置近 coco park 和福田高鐵站，超級方便，一家會推介給朋友。

After the Typhoon Signal No. 8 was lowered, I took the high-speed train to Futian in the afternoon. The hotel is very close to Exit 8 of Futian High-Speed Rail Station, near Shopping Park and Convention & Exhibition Center stations, so there are many malls for shopping and beauty services. The package included afternoon tea and happy hour, which could actually serve as dinner, with unlimited alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, plus a heated swimming pool. I was quite satisfied overall. The only drawback was the somewhat cluttered ground floor lobby with many exhibitions. The hotel staff's service attitude was average, but for this price, it's worth recommending.

It was a pleasant stay as the hotel is conveniently located next to the Shenzhen Metro and CocoPark mall. The children enjoyed the small play area on the ground floor. The staff were helpful and prompt, and even arranged a birthday surprise. The only minor issues were that the air conditioning in the room was a bit loud and the hot water was a little slow. The buffet breakfast was decent.

A very cost-effective experience. The room was average, but the bathroom was quite good. Breakfast was much better than dinner; I'd give breakfast an 80. Dinner dishes were quite ordinary, with not many non-meat options. The hotel allows ordering takeout, which is delivered by a robot – very interesting! The location is in the center of Futian. If the price is right, I would come back again!
