上午去完動物園，下午check in 已經立即有房，在房間稍休一會，5:30 就食自助晚餐，食物十分豐富，服務一流，空間感舒服，而且有小朋友最中意的波波池，可以話係大人細路都咁開心。第二日早上早d 去食早餐，一如期望grand hyatt 的自助早餐係好滿足，不過早餐時段係無波波池，而且9:30 左右就要排隊入座。今次staycation 好滿意，有下次！希望有更多優惠。

The hotel environment is good, comfortable and relaxing 👍🏻 I will consider staying again. However, the corridor seating on the 25th floor included in the afternoon package was not very comfortable (the height of the table and chairs was problematic, requiring me to lean over to eat). I suggest choosing the more comfortable seating on the 32nd floor for the buffet. Breakfast: The breakfast was plentiful. Next time, I will consider trying the dinner buffet as well. Hotel location: It's very close to Luohu Station, which saved a lot of time for shopping and relaxing nearby without having to go far. Service: I had a stomach ache that day and went to the counter to ask the staff where I could buy medicine. The staff gave me Sanjiu Weitai powder from the counter, which felt very thoughtful. Service: The package included ice skating, and the children had a great time.

Great stay at Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. Excellent service throughout — concierge even helped send up my Taobao parcels every day lol. Breakfast spread was huge with pretty decent quality too. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This time, choosing the Guest House package was excellent value for money. The hotel's location is superb, connected to the high-end MixC shopping mall, making shopping incredibly convenient. The package originally included breakfast and dinner at the Guest House. When checking in, I asked the front desk if breakfast could be changed to Le Kitchen, and they were happy to arrange it. 作為老牌酒店,服務十分好,尤其套餐是在executive floor room,且可以用健身室,游泳池,晚上在executive lounge的 evening cocktail + breakfast ，食物,飲品種類繁多⋯⋯Klook package 超值.

是次體驗令我對深圳君悅酒店有所改變，之前感覺可能酒店有點歷史，可時實際硬件是狀況良好，氣派仍在，軟件服務亦可以，相比美食更能加分，晚上自助晚餐buffet令人鬆馳，長達4小時的進餐時間以為太長，可時酒店提供的食物品種繁多，有西式，中式，日式，甜品豐富，不同飲料種類，食材上成，環境開揚舒適，員工友善，高層住宿寧靜，個人建議可作為渡價或休閑的首選！

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to shopping malls and the MTR station. The staff are polite and enthusiastic, and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel's buffet dinner offers a wide variety of choices, including hot dishes, cold appetizers, fruits, desserts, and drinks. The breakfast buffet also has many options, and I particularly liked the fresh squeezed juice selection.

深圳君悅酒店 入住整體感覺非常滿意。客房舒適，保養得宜，酒店員工對客有禮，自助餐尤其出色，不僅質量非常高，選擇亦十分多元化，絕對超值。適逢生日自助餐廳為 本人悉心佈置，喜出望外，也送上生日蛋糕 ，錦上添花。

酒店環境乾淨，空間夠大。景觀開揚，服務員態度友善。自助餐食物雖然沒有香港自助餐般豪華，但整體選擇豐富，絕對夠食！

Convenient transportation: MixC shopping mall is right downstairs, surrounded by numerous commercial areas. The subway station and shopping mall are within easy reach, making it very convenient. Breakfast: Very rich. Cleanliness: The room facilities are complete and well-maintained.
