It's about a 3-minute walk from the East Square exit of Shenzhen North Station, making transportation very convenient for both subway and high-speed rail. We stayed in a family suite on the 55th floor (the front desk upgraded us for free), and the view was superb. It included a buffet breakfast and dinner for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). The 5-star environment offered excellent value for money.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location, very close to Shenzhen North Station, with extremely convenient surrounding transportation. There is a small shopping mall next to the hotel, and it only takes one subway stop to reach the large commercial complex "Hongshan 6979," which is quite convenient for shopping or exploring the area. Both the hotel lobby and guest rooms are located on very high floors, so the views from the windows are quite good and expansive. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a bathtub, thoughtfully providing bath salts, allowing guests to relax with a bath, which is a big plus. However, it should be noted that when traveling from Shenzhen North Station to the hotel, you need to transfer elevators to reach the lobby on the 46th floor, which might be slightly inconvenient for travelers with large luggage. Facilities are more business-oriented, with fewer leisure options. In terms of hotel facilities, leisure options are relatively limited, with only a fitness room and seemingly no swimming pool. For guests hoping to relax or engage in leisure activities at the hotel, there aren't many choices. However, the hotel has an entire floor of meeting rooms, clearly focusing more on the needs of business travelers. Service and dining performance are average. The hotel staff's service attitude is good. This stay, I was fortunate to get the convenience of early check-in, which was a good experience. Regarding dining, both breakfast and dinner are buffet style. The overall selection is not extensive, and the food quality is acceptable, without major surprises but also not disappointing, meeting a satisfactory standard. Overall review. Overall, this is a hotel with an excellent location and comfortable accommodation, especially suitable for business travelers or those who frequently use high-speed rail. The service attitude is good, but the leisure facilities and dining experience do not have many highlights. If you don't have high demands for in-hotel activities but highly value transportation convenience and room comfort, this would be a practical choice.

For dinner, there were very few cooked food options, mainly barbecue.

If the front desk reception could improve its professionalism and processing speed, the overall experience would be closer to perfect. Overall, I would give this hotel a 4/5 rating.

Being close to Shenzhen North High-speed Railway Station is a definite advantage. On this trip, we arrived at Shenzhen North Station at 11 PM, already exhausted. Fortunately, it only took a 10-minute walk to reach the hotel. The hotel staff were polite and thoughtful; thank you for your help.
