Our 3-day, 2-night stay at The Langham Hotel was extremely satisfying. On the first day, due to traffic congestion, we didn't arrive until after 9 PM. We called the hotel to explain, and they were able to arrange happy hour food for us. We thank the hotel for their thoughtful arrangements. The service was also incredibly attentive. This time, we booked an executive suite with a dining room, and a side room with a cloakroom and dressing table, which was truly spacious. The bathtub was also much larger than usual, making for a very enjoyable soak. The in-room amenities were also very comprehensive. This 3-day, 2-night package also included lounge access, with breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour, so we never went hungry. We were extremely satisfied with their service, and they even gifted us a small cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The cake was truly delicious, much better than what we usually have. Additionally, our requests for a late check-out and to enjoy afternoon tea on the check-out day were granted, for which we are truly grateful.

Hospitality staff, especially the male restaurant manager and a male staff member. It's a great dinner buffet, the executive lunch is beautiful for taking pictures and hanging out. We had a great time there.

5 minutes is satisfactory, but I'd like to give it 6 minutes because I'm extremely satisfied. This hotel is the most satisfying one I've stayed in so far. No need to say much about the Langham Hotel: it offers standard international five-star hotel services. The breakfast has a wide variety and high-quality food. I've been here many times. Tang Court Set Menu: It's delicious and highly recommended. The roasted pork belly is small in portion but extremely flavorful; the 60-day soy sauce roasted pigeon is juicier and slightly larger than the usual 30-day pigeons; the double-boiled soup is unbeatable with abundant ingredients; the lobster meat is springy and fresh; the shiitake mushrooms are elevated from a side dish to being as delicious as wagyu beef, and so on.

This stay was excellent. First, the hotel decorated both the restaurant and the room for my birthday. I had two birthday cakes, both very delicious. Rosen, the Executive Lounge Manager, and the female manager in the restaurant were both very friendly. This time, I was pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade and fresh squeezed juice in the restaurant. I can see the hotel is continuously improving, with enhancements in staff quality, customer service, and food quality. I will definitely come again if I have the chance 👍.

Breakfast: Rich and varied choices. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Although the hotel has some history, it is very well maintained. The lunch set menu is of a very high standard 👍🏻😋, afternoon tea is decent, and the evening cocktail is a light buffet. Overall, it offers high value for money.

The food is very good, and the room is clean. However, it would be perfect if it were equipped with a bidet toilet seat!

Despite it being a rainy and windy day, my child had a wonderful birthday celebration at your hotel and a pleasant weekend. The staff were extremely polite and made appropriate arrangements for birthday decorations and a cake. Thank you. The breakfast buffet was very rich, especially the handmade beef noodles, which were delicious.
