Ms Wendy Wu 表現專業的服務，準確地介紹酒店的服務和設施，入住時候前台幫忙提升到觀景較佳的園景房，的確比之前住的房間觀景更優美。來過好幾次了，今次的觀景最好。 今次主要沖兒童樂園來的，遊玩空間不大，比較適合幼稚園年齡的玩耍。遊戲室內設有小手工活動，都要逐項收費的，性價比不高，但勝在可以托管小童。 對比從前的入住，現在房間沒有了咖啡機，只有行政樓層才每房配備咖啡機。但上次入住行政樓層房間，因為可以使用lounge，所以都不在房間沖咖啡，沒有使用咖啡機，都直接往lounge 去飲咖啡。

The location is a bit remote, with no entertainment nearby, but the hotel only has a swimming pool and gym, which can be a bit boring. It's suitable for a two-day, one-night relaxation trip, and I would consider staying again next time. The package includes two buffet meals. The Sunday dinner buffet has oysters, and a good selection of cold seafood. There are fewer hot dishes, with only crayfish and clay pot dishes. There are many types of desserts and drinks, but they are average. I especially recommend the Chinese soup, Tom Yum Goong soup, and Laksa vermicelli. Although the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's sufficient, with various pastries and congee. The gym equipment is quite complete, with water, towels, and tissues. Wearing a swimming cap at the pool is a bit inconvenient, and it seems there's a jacuzzi.

Upon entering the room, there's a wardrobe, indicating a focus on guest convenience with ample storage, hangers, bathrobes, and slippers, all contributing to a tidy space. The soft lighting design enhances comfort. The bathroom features a modern design with a separate bathtub and shower, elegantly coordinated tiles and lighting, and exquisitely designed vanity and mirror. The toilet partition also reflects a consideration for privacy and practicality. The bedroom is well-arranged with neat bedding, stylish lamps, and a rug. The cushions and coffee table add to the living comfort, while the curtains and overall color scheme create a tranquil atmosphere.

The hotel's surroundings are very quiet and peaceful, and the lobby design is very stylish. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the garden view rooms overlook a small lake and a garden landscape, giving a comfortable and relaxing feeling. The afternoon tea pastries are exquisite and delicious, and the breakfast food is also abundant. The only downside is that there is much room for improvement in the quality of the buffet dinner. The swimming pool and gym are great places to spend an entire afternoon relaxing. Although the buffet selection was limited, the quality was high. The restaurant staff and chefs also proactively helped with serving food 👍🏻 Overall, the service level is superior to that of The Silveri Hong Kong - MGallery.

This time, I stayed at a high-quality hotel: the MGallery by Accor, located in Shenzhen Dalang Fashion Town. It's conveniently close to Shenzhen North Station, a major transportation hub in Shenzhen, with ride-hailing services taking only 20 minutes. It's also far from the bustling city center, truly cleansing the soul! A perfect place to relax! The lobby is grand and impressive, and the front desk staff were friendly and completed the check-in process very quickly. The room was neat and clean, featuring a shower room and a large bathtub, with a wet and dry separation. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view of the mountains. The restaurant, Bincan Restaurant, is on the 6th floor and serves breakfast buffet style. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. Guests can also walk along the Longhua Xikeng Greenway near the hotel, which encircles the Dalang Shishuitang. Staying for two consecutive days didn't feel boring at all. I will definitely come again next time.

The hotel was very comfortable. On the day of our stay, we were arranged on the 17th floor executive level. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was very soft. The only regret is that the location is a bit remote; it takes about an hour to get to the shopping mall if there's traffic. The hotel's Playhouse was a lot of fun, and the breakfast buffet in the morning was also very good. However, there was a shortage of staff, and no one was available to seat us, so we had to find our own seats. For a five-star hotel, this is a bit of a shortcoming. I hope the hotel can increase its staffing.

However, the snacks at the executive lounge were quite ordinary, all fried food, with no hot vegetables or hot meat, which felt a bit lacking. Breakfast: There was a good variety of breakfast options, and the taste was good.

This time, the room overlooked the reservoir and mountains, which was very comfortable, so much so that we didn't even need to draw the curtains.Service: Adding extra blankets, pillows, and replenishing supplies was very quick. The service staff's trolley clearly displayed instructions for using cleaning cloths, which helped assure us of the room's hygiene.Breakfast: There were many diners, and the freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice was unavailable.
