This staycation at Hotel Indigo was very satisfying. Our original check-in time was 2 PM, but we arrived at 1:15 PM. When they learned we were celebrating our anniversary, Assistant Lobby Manager May was incredibly enthusiastic. She arranged for housekeeping to decorate our room and upgraded it for us. While we waited for the room to be ready, she also offered us complimentary coffee at the hotel's cafe. When the room was prepared, May even proactively helped us with our luggage and personally escorted us to our room, which was very heartwarming. As for dining, the buffet dinner was also very satisfying. The food was abundant, with fresh half Boston lobster baked with cheese, delicious lamb chops, and hot pot. The only minor drawback was the absence of hand-cut beef. The abalone mixed rice was okay, and the bird's nest stewed egg white was delicious 😋.

On the day of check-in, the front desk staff immediately upgraded me to an executive room, which was large and clean, and my family loved it. The buffet dinner ingredients were all good, with various seafood cold dishes and hot food, and you could also use a hot pot yourself. Every hotel staff member was professional and competent, highlighting the hotel's high standard. Although the location is a bit remote, it's still convenient, being only a 5-minute walk from the MTR station. In summary, it was excellent value for money, and the hotel's quality was outstanding.

Located a 3-minute walk from the subway station, upon my first stay, the hotel upgraded me to an executive room. The only minor drawback was that because it was an end room with an L-shaped window, the air conditioning wasn't cool enough.
