訂了24號住宿，去到酒店早上十一點check in已經有房， 入到房間酒店有佈置慶祝週年紀念，好靚好開心，酒店保持得好新，乾淨光猛，感覺好舒服，浴室有浴缸，真係五星級嘅格調， 餐廳環境好大樓底好高感覺好靚食物種類好多烤生蠔，仲有龍蝦半隻，鮑魚，海參，呢啲係每人一份，雪糕有六種口味，最鍾意一種喺曲奇妙趣， 晚上十點鐘酒店提供還有宵夜， 晚上自助餐食得好飽所以沒有吃 ，每一個樓層𨋢大堂門口都有生果提供畀客人，這是客人有溫度嘅酒店，職員都好有笑容同埋禮貌 ， 早上早餐七點鐘可以去餐廳享用，早餐品種少一點， 總括這間酒店可推介，下次再有優惠會再去 交通便利性：由深圳灣坐地鐵去酒店大約一個鐘頭好方便 整潔度：房間浴室清潔乾淨 服務：好 ，晚間自助餐職員都好勤力換碟

Hotel Location: The hotel is seamlessly connected to Exit C of Baotian 1st Road Station on Metro Line 12, making it very convenient as it's right at the subway entrance. Transportation Convenience: From Shenzhen Bay Port to Baotian 1st Road, it takes approximately 31 minutes, 14 stops, and requires 2 transfers (from Line 13 to Lines 11 and 12). However, there are no good shopping malls nearby. You can take the subway four stops to Lingzhi Station to reach Joy City. There are many dining options opposite the hotel, but they were not open. At night, there's a night market nearby where you can buy late-night snacks. Cleanliness: The hotel environment is excellent. There's an outdoor swimming pool and garden on the 4th floor, which looks and feels comfortable. Convenience of transportation: The cross-border bus is very convenient, the only issue is that the Hong Kong staff and mainland staff have inconsistent information. Upon arrival at Shenzhen Bay, you are supposed to find your assigned seat, but due to the confusion caused by both sides' staff, guests became confused. Some found their assigned seats, others didn't, and it almost led to a fight. Cleanliness: The lobby, Chinese restaurant, and rooms are all tidy and clean. Service: The lobby staff were polite and, on our return journey, escorted us to the bus and helped with luggage. The dinner buffet staff were very diligent, constantly clearing plates and replenishing food for everyone. When guests asked to see the facilities, the staff were very welcoming, and even senior managers and supervisors came to assist, working very cohesively. Breakfast: Many varieties, especially appreciated that the soy milk was hot, which most restaurants overlook.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, which is extremely convenient. It takes 15-25 minutes by subway from the hotel to Joy City or Vientiane Hui, making it very suitable for shopping! The check-in process was quick, and we were even able to get into our room early! Convenience of transportation: First-class. Hotel location: One minute from the subway station (Bao'an Road Exit C). Service: Staff are polite and efficient. Breakfast: Many choices. Dinner also has a wide variety of food. Cleanliness: Both the room and bathroom are clean and odorless.

The hotel room was comfortable, bright, and clean. Surprisingly, the bathroom also featured a false ceiling design, giving it a luxurious resort feel – highly commendable. The buffet dinner restaurant, in particular, stood out with its dedicated usher service, excellent seating environment, and charming small decorations. The food selection was extensive (though I found some dishes not hot enough). The three types of cooked seafood served at the table arrived in an orderly fashion, allowing guests to enjoy them while still warm. The dinner also included a self-service seafood hotpot, perfect for sharing with family and friends. My husband still raves about the freshly cooked congee at the breakfast buffet. There isn't a large shopping mall near the hotel, but in the evening, street food stalls across the road start to open. For the nearest large shopping center, you need to take the subway four stops south to reach Joy City.

由福田口岸call車到酒店只需半小時左右，都算幾方便，附近有夜宵，亦有零食及茶飲等小吃。套餐已包括自助早餐及晚餐，價格超值，質素都非常好，食物種類選擇多，有啤酒，紅酒等供應。酒店服務員態度非常好，由落車入大堂開始，門口的小哥哥非常稱職，又協助長者落車，入到大堂主動詢問我們是否需要飲用水，非常稱職。

冇唸過訂酒店連自助餐套票，房間也非常寬敞，仲有浴缸，價錢亦非常優惠。服務員態度友善可親，訂房時註明是為家人慶祝生日，酒店非常好，除了佈置了房間，給家人一個驚喜，晚上還送了一個蛋糕上房間給我們享用，非常貼心。

The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The dinner buffet included half a lobster and sea cucumber per person. Grilled oysters were all-you-can-eat, and the chilled seafood was decent, but the pre-made cakes were not great. Red and white wine, and beer were free-flowing. They also delivered a delicious birthday cake to the room. The breakfast selection was also extensive. Overall, it was worth it, though the journey was quite long.

Convenient transportation, at Exit C of Baotian No. 1. The room does not offer special decorations, but the environment is clean and hygienic. There is a wide variety of dishes at the buffet dinner, including red wine and hot pot for two. The breakfast food is abundant and delicious. The accommodation package offers a senior discount, and I will repurchase through Klook again.

We stayed there to celebrate my wife's birthday. Although the room wasn't decorated, it was comfortable and clean overall! The dinner buffet had a rich and delicious selection of food, especially the lobster yee-mein! There was a wide variety of high-quality food, highly recommended! The breakfast on the second day was also very rich, in addition to noodles, there were five or six types of congee, all very tasty! We will definitely come again next time!
