Many guests praised them highly, and I'm not just making this up; I genuinely felt their attentiveness! And the room, I was amazed the moment I opened the door. It was decorated so elegantly, and the bedding was so soft; lying on it felt like being surrounded by clouds, so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Plus, it was super quiet at night, with no noise at all, ensuring a perfect night's sleep! I'm telling you, my family and I have already made plans to come back in two weeks! Transportation convenience: Transportation is very convenient, it takes less than 1 minute to reach Feng Huang Cheng Station. New hotel, check-in staff Cathy was very friendly and polite. The entire room was new, the sofa, bathtub, and bedding all seemed brand new. I stayed on the 20th floor, with a window facing Phoenix Station, and heard no noise at all, ensuring excellent sleep quality. It's close to two large shopping malls, making dining, movies, and massages all convenient. I will definitely visit again!

The hotel's location is very convenient. It's directly accessible from Shenzhen North Station via Metro Line 6 to Phoenix City Station. The hotel is right next to the exit, and there are two connected shopping malls with many dining options. The lobby is stylish and elegant, and the upgraded room was very spacious and comfortable. My only disappointment was the swimming pool. As soon as I exited through the passage, I saw four or five mops drying, which made me think I had taken a wrong turn. There was no consideration for the guest experience. The pool is surrounded by the mall's exhaust fans, so you can smell the occasional odor of cooking oil and stir-fried dishes. I suggest the hotel plant taller vegetation along the railings to improve this. The hotel breakfast was abundant, and every staff member was very polite. It's worth staying here again.

The hotel service was excellent. We happened to encounter rain during our stay, and the farm was closed due to the heavy downpour. The hotel immediately arranged tickets to the Science and Technology Museum for us, and there was no additional charge! I really appreciate their adaptability.

The hotel did not upgrade the room, but overall it was good. The wet and dry areas were separate, and the buffet dinner included hot pot and seafood, with each guest receiving a delicious hairy crab. There are two shopping malls nearby. It's conveniently located right outside Exit D of Phoenix City, just down the escalator.

It's very convenient, right next to two large shopping malls. The breakfast is also rich and delicious... The buffet dinner, however, is just average. Although there's a wide variety, it can't be called truly tasty. The hand-carved beef station was incredibly slow, as if they didn't want people to eat too much.

The hotel had a room available immediately (on the 17th floor), and the curtains automatically opened as soon as I entered, which was truly amazing. The room was clean, smoke-free, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Taking a shower first and then soaking in the large bathtub (after adding a small amount of bath salts to dissolve in the water) was truly delightful. I was very satisfied with the room. The only minor issues were that the smart toilet didn't spray water, and there were some water stains on the coffee table, but these did not affect the overall experience.
