Many guests praised them highly, and I'm not just making this up; I genuinely felt their attentiveness! And the room, I was amazed the moment I opened the door. It was decorated so elegantly, and the bedding was so soft; lying on it felt like being surrounded by clouds, so comfortable I didn't want to get up. 酒店設施齊備，交通便利，房間光線充足整潔，窗簾夠厚度,睡眠質素好，8樓餐廳食物及員工素質都比以前好多了，環境寬敞，食物種類多，可以再去。酒店附近有兩個大型商場，足夠食玩一天！天時暑熱，最好就係行商場嘆冷氣，食玩兩兼得！

I stayed on the 20th floor, with a window facing Phoenix Station, and heard no noise at all, ensuring excellent sleep quality. It's close to two large shopping malls, making dining, movies, and massages all convenient. I will definitely visit again!

The hotel's location is very convenient. It's directly accessible from Shenzhen North Station via Metro Line 6 to Phoenix City Station. The hotel is right next to the exit, and there are two connected shopping malls with many dining options. The lobby is stylish and elegant, and the upgraded room was very spacious and comfortable. My only disappointment was the swimming pool. As soon as I exited through the passage, I saw four or five mops drying, which made me think I had taken a wrong turn. There was no consideration for the guest experience. The pool is surrounded by the mall's exhaust fans, so you can smell the occasional odor of cooking oil and stir-fried dishes. I suggest the hotel plant taller vegetation along the railings to improve this. The hotel breakfast was abundant, and every staff member was very polite. It's worth staying here again.

The hotel service was excellent. We happened to encounter rain during our stay, and the farm was closed due to the heavy downpour. The hotel immediately arranged tickets to the Science and Technology Museum for us, and there was no additional charge! I really appreciate their adaptability.

The hotel did not upgrade the room, but overall it was good. The wet and dry areas were separate, and the buffet dinner included hot pot and seafood, with each guest receiving a delicious hairy crab. There are two shopping malls nearby. It's conveniently located right outside Exit D of Phoenix City, just down the escalator.
