It takes 40-45 minutes by taxi from the hotel to the ski resort. The hotel said they had purchased tickets for us, but we couldn't enter the venue; they said there was no record. We had to keep calling the hotel and the ski resort to check why there was no information, which wasted a lot of time. In the end, the issue couldn't be resolved, and we had to buy tickets on the spot to enter. After being a loyal customer so many times, this experience was truly disappointing.

The hotel is new and clean, but the staff training is insufficient. The foosball table was missing its ball, and during breakfast, the sharp table corner tore my trousers, even though they immediately rectified the situation. It was indeed a bit dangerous.
