This is my fourth stay, and the hotel is conveniently located at Exit D of Guanlan Lake Metro Station. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a large bathtub. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests proactively. I'd especially like to commend Diana Wang for her highly efficient check-in process. As it was my birthday that day, she upgraded my room to a panoramic recording studio suite. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets at the hotel are rich and delicious. Coinciding with Valentine's Day, the dessert presentation was very thoughtful and charming, and guests even received roses. The room is equipped with a Sony soundbar that can connect to a mobile phone via Bluetooth for enjoying music. Across from the hotel is a large shopping mall, "Guanlan Lake MH Mall," offering a wide variety of shopping and dining options. Overall, the stay experience was excellent; I truly felt at home! This is a highly recommended hotel!

Hard Rock Hotel is my niece's favorite. This New Year's Day stay marks her fifth visit. We got a great deal during the Double 11 sale, so it was excellent value for money. In summer, they have ice cream, and in winter, shaped cotton candy, which the kids absolutely love. Right opposite the hotel is a large shopping mall with numerous restaurants, a big supermarket, a riding school, Muji, Uniqlo, and all sorts of activities. Behind the hotel is the Niuhu Greenway, which offers beautiful scenery, and there are also affordable massage parlors. So, even after multiple stays, it never feels boring. The rooms are spacious and clean, making it well worth revisiting. The only drawback is that the swimming pool isn't very big, so it can get quite crowded during the summer.

The room was impressively clean, new, and spacious, making it a comfortable retreat. One of the highlights was the bathtub located next to the window, which provided a lovely view while relaxing. The service was excellent; the staff were friendly and attentive. Additionally, we were offered a discount for the dinner buffet, which was a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend the Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen for a great value stay with quality service and amenities.

This is my third stay here. The hotel is right outside Exit D of Guanlan Lake Metro Station on Line 4, making transportation very convenient. The hotel staff are friendly, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets are rich and delicious, with the roasted whole lamb being particularly special. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, and even feature an extra-large bathtub. There's a Sony soundbar mounted under the TV, which you can connect to your phone via Bluetooth to enjoy music. Across from the hotel is the large shopping mall "Guanlan Lake MH Mall," offering a wide variety of shopping and dining options. What I found most memorable was the newly built "Niuhu Water Greenway" next to the hotel, which offers picturesque scenery. Due to time constraints, I couldn't finish exploring it even after two days. I hope to have the opportunity to stay at this hotel again next time and complete the entire 9.9-kilometer lakeside greenway!

We stayed at the HardRock Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights for my birthday, which included a buffet breakfast (*note: children's charges are based on height, not age). The place was tidy and clean, and the waitstaff cleared plates quickly. There was a mix of Chinese and Western food, though not a huge variety, and the quality was average. However, the two breakfasts were filling enough that we didn't need lunch until afternoon tea, when we had a small snack (the package included a baking class where we made cookies, and the hotel thoughtfully provided a small birthday cake). Afterwards, we arranged for the children to swim in the hotel's outdoor pool, or the adults could go to the gym (*open 24 hours) to use the fitness equipment and enjoy the sauna, before having the buffet dinner around 6 PM. The dinner venue was the same as breakfast. Coincidentally, it was a barbecue theme that night, with quite a few choices. Although the taste wasn't particularly surprising, the hotel knew it was a birthday celebration and surprised us with a balloon birthday light decoration, and proactively offered to take photos. The service attitude was excellent. Walking towards the restrooms from the dining area, you'll pass a small game zone with foosball and claw machines for both adults and children to enjoy until 9:00 PM. We ate and played to our heart's content, making it a happy and satisfying day.

It is a great hotel! We had so much fun! Highly recommend booking the package (with breakfast, golf, game tickets). The dinner buffet was worth paying for, it also includes seafood hot pot! Don't miss it, it's just a short walk from the Ski World!

Hard Rock Hotel is a trustworthy brand hotel with an excellent stay experience. The rooms are large, clean, and equipped with smart devices. The rooms have bathtubs for soaking, with a transparent glass panel next to them offering views of the outside scenery, which children particularly enjoy. The hotel provides children's toothbrushes, making it convenient for families with kids. The hotel's location is excellent, with many dining and entertainment options nearby. You can easily spend a full 3 days and 2 nights just around the hotel, making it especially suitable for families with young children on vacation. In the nearby mall, you can enjoy amusement rides, participate in baking classes, try horseback riding for the first time, or visit the nearby "Karu's World" theme park to experience a snowy wonderland, where clothing and gloves are provided for visitors.

The hotel is new and clean. The room has a fantastic bathtub, perfect for two children to play in, and the room itself is spacious enough. In addition, the children's baking class is also very suitable for kids. My two sons were very satisfied with their two-day, one-night stay at the hotel, and I hope to book another day immediately. As for the service, both the check-in staff and the luggage storage staff were very polite. If needed, the staff would proactively offer assistance (for example, a staff member helped me call a car to Huanggang Port), which is commendable. Furthermore, the quality of the buffet (dinner and breakfast) is also good, worth recommending, and my family will definitely come again next time.

On the day of check-in, we had to queue, so the hotel arranged for our group to rest in the ballroom, where tea, candies, and ice cream were provided. Only one person from our party needed to queue for check-in. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows facing the golf course, making it bright, airy, and comfortable. The king-size room came with a large round bathtub, spacious enough for two children to bathe together. The package included breakfast and dinner buffets for 2 adults and 1 child (under 1.2 meters). The food and ambiance were above average and suited our taste, which was a pleasant surprise. It also included one children's baking session, with an additional person costing ¥88. The children enjoyed making cookies with the instructor, and they tasted quite good. The outdoor swimming pool on the 26th floor is not very large, and swim caps are required. If you plan to swim, remember to bring your own, as they cost ¥58 each to buy on-site. Overall, next time we visit Mission Hills, we will definitely choose Hard Rock Hotel again.
