The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the environment was clean and tidy! The hotel room was spacious and spotless! There was even a bathtub, and a soak in the evening was truly comfortable. Bathrobes were also provided, and what was most thoughtful was that children even had their own slippers and toothbrushes; the children's slippers were adorable. There was a wide selection at the buffet dinner, and most of the dishes were acceptable in taste. You could even have hot pot, and my favorites were the steamed clams, razor clams, and sea snails! There were Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, abalone, and lobster to eat, which felt very satisfying. The buffet breakfast also offered many choices, though I hope there could be more options for steamed dim sum. The taste was generally satisfactory. Inside the restaurant, there was also a small indoor playground—the Forest Park—which the children absolutely loved!

Upon arrival, present your Klook receipt voucher, and the hotel staff will quickly locate your reservation. Then, simply show the personal identification of the guest checking in. We stayed on Christmas Day, so it was quite busy, but the service in all aspects was still excellent! The executive lounge benefits included a decent selection of food, and the service was great, with a very comfortable environment! The executive suite we stayed in was very spacious! Everything was well-equipped! I especially want to praise the hairdryer; it was very powerful, so even with long hair, there's no fear of washing it at night! The children's playground on the 2nd floor has free access, so kids can play anytime. The breakfast on the 2nd floor was standard, offering the basics you'd expect from a typical hotel. Finally, I must mention its geographical location. The ground floor lobby opens directly into the ICO shopping mall, which has everything from dining, entertainment, KTV, massages, convenience stores, and Walmart. You can easily spend half a day there... The basic amenities are very comprehensive! It's very convenient for staying with children and the elderly! A five-star hotel with excellent facilities, highly recommended!

You can directly access the mall from the hotel's first floor, so there's no need to worry about rain. It's only a 5-minute taxi ride to Uniwalk. The staff who handled luggage storage had a good service attitude. The hotel has a faint sandalwood scent, which is also present in the rooms. The breakfast buffet is extensive, but the taste is average. The executive lounge is very quiet, located on the 14th floor, with beautiful sunset views. There are many food and drink options during happy hour. After eating, you can go to the nearby mall for a late-night snack, like Haidilao.

The most commendable aspect was the two female staff members in the Executive Lounge (the foreign lady at the front desk and the lady clearing dishes) who were incredibly accommodating and caring towards my 2-year-old child. This is my second stay, the first being last Christmas, and I've been quite satisfied each time. I hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

I took the high-speed train to Shenzhen North again today, but it turned out I had to take a taxi to the hotel, which was about 20 minutes away. The hotel room was very large, 600 square feet, and very comfortable. However, the staff didn't inform me about happy hour. The buffet dinner was incredibly rich, offering hairy crabs and lobsters, and you could even have a hot pot buffet – definitely unbeatable. The shopping mall downstairs was also very convenient, and there was a constant-temperature swimming pool. Breakfast was generally Chinese style. If you love buffets, I highly recommend it. On the way back, taking Didi to the high-speed train station was cheaper. Overall, everything was satisfactory.

Hotel Location: Arrived by taxi, the advantage is that the hotel is next to the ICO shopping mall, where dinner can be resolved. There's a Starbucks downstairs. Service: The cookies given at check-in were delicious, bought a can to take back to Hong Kong. Cleanliness: The executive floor room was normal, two beds pushed together to make a large bed. The bathroom space was sufficient, but I didn't like the carpet in the toilet, which easily gets wet and feels uncomfortable to step on. Breakfast: It was just average, not many choices. Also, the pool felt too old and ugly, so I had no desire to go. The ball pit was too small, only good for a short play. The children's playroom opposite the gym was appalling, like a psychiatric ward with four walls, it was terrifying.

I didn't expect to get such a great deal with this package, which included three meals. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The Klook package also included a complimentary cookie plate for two. The room was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The evening cocktail hour was replaced with an early buffet dinner. The only minor drawback was that the breakfast on the second day was just average. However, since the package also included an all-you-can-eat Chinese dim sum lunch on the second day, it more than made up for the slight breakfast disappointment. At such an incredible price, it was an absolute steal.
