The hotel is conveniently located at Exit 13 of Gangxia North. The staff are polite. Because there were many people attending the conference and rooms were tight, a staff member surnamed Fu upgraded our room to an executive room and also provided afternoon tea. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bathtub, but there was no heated swimming pool. The buffet dinner was also good, with a complimentary hairy crab for each person and hot pot. The buffet breakfast was average. Overall, it's a recommendable hotel.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient. It's right at Exit 13 of Gangxia North Station, the third stop on Futian Port Metro Line 10. The hotel staff are friendly and polite, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the quality of the buffet dinner is also good! It's a highly recommended hotel!

The king-size bed is truly enormous, about three and a half pillows wide! The mattress was a bit firm for me, but if the pillows aren't suitable, they can provide latex or buckwheat pillows. The air conditioning was very sufficient, even on a hot day. The water pressure was also excellent, with both a shower stall and a bathtub. However, the showerhead in the bathtub leaked a bit, and the shower products were fixed inside the shower stall, which wasn't very convenient to use. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers were already provided in the room. The breakfast was decent, but you had to queue for a table when it was busy. There was a good variety of food, which was nice, and they extended breakfast hours when there were many guests. Normal breakfast hours are 6:00-10:30. The children's playground is outside the breakfast area (part of the mall?). Staff warned us that there wasn't much air conditioning. The playground area is very small, probably only accommodating a few children, with a trampoline, ball pit, and slide. It's not worth coming just for this play area. Also, the staff got the opening hours wrong; they thought it was open during breakfast, but it's actually open from 12 PM to 9 PM. The swimming pool seems to be 1.3 meters deep, which is decent for a swim. There's also a very small baby area outside the pool, but it was hot and stuffy. The hotel can be reached from Futian High-Speed Rail Station via an underground passage (Liancheng Underground Shopping Street + Gangxia North Metro Station) directly to the hotel's nearest station, Gangxia North (Shenzhen Eye). However, the distance is quite far, taking 45 minutes or more to walk. The underground street doesn't have much to see, so walking is not recommended 😂. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk from the hotel to Meland. On busy days, if you check in at 2:00 PM and they can't provide a room within 1.5 hours, they offer afternoon tea at the executive lounge (5-6 types of small snacks, self-service, see picture). If you don't have many plans, it's fine to have some.

The room was tidy, and the staff were very polite and considerate. Regarding dining, the dinner included hairy crabs, which were a bit small with not much meat or roe. Many of the other dishes were spicy. Breakfast was quite rich, and the overall price was good.

The staff are also very nice and helpful with taking photos. The hotel room isn't huge, but the bed is very large, providing enough space for 2 adults and 1 child, and the bathroom is also spacious. Additionally, if you inform the hotel in advance, they will provide a cake for birthdays. The only downsides are the average view from the window and the hotel's playground being closed.

在klook 預訂了這酒店，非常方便快捷。酒店地點方便，由皇崗口岸坐的士去$18左右，到星河coco park ,平安金融中心，卓越也很方便；酒店房間很大，床鋪很舒服，設施也非常滿意，原本晚餐包括自助餐，因為沒有人所以取消了，廚師為我們安排了一餐很好的二人晚餐，整個餐廳只有我倆，非常之開心，整體來講，是不錯的酒店。
