The hotel provides a free shuttle service to Futian Port, Convention and Exhibition Center Station, etc., with scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. The package includes buffet breakfast and dinner, with a wide variety of delicious food options. The rooms are clean, but the only drawback is the insufficient air conditioning in the hotel rooms. We booked two rooms; one had good air conditioning, while the other was very stuffy. The front desk sent staff to check, but there was no improvement after they left. Fortunately, the weather was relatively cool that day, so it was still acceptable, and we didn't pursue it further.

This was our first stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The lobby was spacious and comfortable. As we were celebrating my husband's birthday, the hotel's Guest Service Manager, Mr. Johann Chan, arranged a birthday cake, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The dinner buffet was exceptionally rich, with unlimited drinks. We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We are very grateful.❤️❤️

My girlfriend and I went north for her birthday celebration. The two-day, one-night stay with breakfast and dinner buffets was definitely a great deal, especially for an old five-star hotel at around a thousand dollars. Plus, it's very close to the border, which was quite exciting. When we arrived, the hotel already felt like it had a lot of history, and the traces of age were even more apparent in the room, but it was still okay. The buffet selection wasn't huge, and the taste wasn't quite to our liking, but there was an unlimited choice of wine and coffee. The foie gras and sirloin steak were good value for money. The buffet time was also ample. Overall, we were quite satisfied with the trip. However, there was one minor flaw: I had arranged with the hotel to send a cake to our room for my girlfriend's birthday, and we had agreed on a time. But to my surprise, they opened our room door and placed the cake inside without us being present or informed. I was speechless and immediately called down to ask if this was their usual practice, and they confirmed it was. I was utterly speechless!

Price Value is good, Its close to the HK border however the hotel is a bit old and maintanance is not up to par. Lots of mould marks on the bathtub walls, foul smells in the 3rd floor resturant toilets...etc. My room is facing HK and the view is nice and quiet. Shuttle bus is available in scheduled time getting out of hotel to train stations and Convention Center. Food is OK, but quality needs much improvement (e.g. very small crabs in Thai style cooking - there is no meat in it) -There is a free flow of wines, beers and soft drinks in the diner buffet. It is inline with what we paid for.

Hotel Location: The hotel is located near Futian Port. After crossing the border, you can directly see the hotel's location, and it's about a ten-minute walk to reach it. The hotel package includes both buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Although the hotel is over 20 years old, it is still clean and tidy. The food and service are both excellent value for money.

For less than HK$1100, it included a buffet breakfast and buffet dinner for 2 adults and 1 child, offering great value for money. The room was clean, and the hotel was visible right outside Futian Port. My daughter didn't want to walk, but it was only a few minutes by car.

Cleanliness: This is my second stay at this hotel. The value for money is unbeatable; no other hotel can offer you this price for accommodation, food, and entertainment. Other hotels simply can't do it. If you don't mind a slightly retro hotel, it's worth a try.

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Futian Port Metro Station Exit E. The hotel has 16 floors of accommodation, with a restaurant on the 3rd floor and a swimming pool and fitness center on the 5th floor. The interior is quite spacious, and although the hotel has been around for some time and the decor is a bit dated, it is comfortable and offers an open view. Rooms include complimentary beverages, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets are good. Those who enjoy alcoholic beverages will be pleased with the free-flow beer and wine.
