The hotel's location is convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Futian High-Speed Rail Station 👍. I contacted the hotel beforehand to arrange birthday decorations, and they cooperated with the setup, which pleasantly surprised the children 👍. The room design is practical, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and a large dressing table for makeup 👍. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety of choices, and there are also activities arranged for children, such as a 'Little Chef' program and a hotel guided tour. They also offer afternoon tea and breakfast, and arrange transportation to Futian High-Speed Rail Station. This price is absolutely excellent, and every staff member at the hotel is wonderful.

This Klook package is truly a great deal, offering excellent value for money! 😍 For just over 700 HKD, it includes breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children (with a huge variety of food), afternoon tea for 2 at the executive lounge (though not much food), and an indoor swimming pool. After swimming, you can even go back to your room for a bath! 😍 The hotel is incredibly thoughtful, providing bath salts and bath bags. 😍 The front desk knew it was someone's birthday and even provided birthday decorations and a birthday cake! 😍 Before leaving, you can also book a private car to take you to the border. 😍 This experience was truly excellent, and I will definitely stay here again next time.

The service is super attentive; if it's your birthday, the hotel will provide free birthday decorations, instantly making it feel special! 🎉 Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are incredibly rich! Dinner includes sashimi, barbecue, and hot pot, all readily available, with unlimited drinks to keep you going 😆. Breakfast is equally wonderful – yogurt, cooked food, noodle stations, Chinese and Western pastries, hot dishes, steamed fish, and beef cubes are all available, sooo good! Cleanliness: Very clean Buffet Dinner: Offers salmon & tuna sashimi, pan-fried steak & lamb chops, hand-sliced fatty beef, various hot pot ingredients. No red, white, or sparkling wine. The taste is acceptable for filling one's stomach. Buffet Breakfast: Overall better than dinner. Includes beef offal, steamed spare ribs, chicken feet with black bean sauce, and freshly made rice noodle rolls. Service: Participated in an aviation guided tour, learned about the historical background, which greatly benefited the children. Small gifts were distributed at the end.

3 days and 2 nights, including breakfast and afternoon tea, at a reasonable price. Out of a perfect score of ten, the hotel's overall rating is nine, very satisfactory. Two adults and two children stayed; the children's activities were satisfactory, and all services were satisfactory. The executive lounge staff and activity staff proactively shared photos, as did the lobby staff and shuttle drivers. Praises: The requested room upgrade included a bathtub, children's amenities, and late check-out. The hotel has an aviation theme and offers children's activities, which require prior WeChat reservation. There are also free exercise classes. I would recommend it to friends. It would be better if customer service proactively contacted guests before check-in regarding activity class schedules. Information about activities was also lacking during check-in, so if you don't know in advance, you might miss out on them!

酒店交通方便喺朗廷酒店對面，車公廟站上嚟向前行就搵到酒店，有大商場近朗廷酒店行街購物，行政房很舒服大大嘅浴缸乾濕分離，又有恆溫泳池不過比較多人，行政走廊下午茶歡樂時光食物比較少，晚上又有送牛奶曲奇餅，又有開床服務有飛機鎖匙扣送，早餐一般中式為主，用這個價錢好抵玩，都值得再來

The executive suite is spacious and comfortable, and it was decorated with New Year's features for the occasion. The transportation is convenient, close to Che Kung Temple Station or Zhuzilin Station. The KLook hotel package includes complimentary welcome fruit, afternoon tea, and happy hour, and free soft drinks are provided in the room, which is very thoughtful. The large round bathtub in the room is also a unique feature, and the two sinks are very convenient for more than two people staying. I will stay again if I have the opportunity next time.

The hotel service was excellent, and the buffet dinner and breakfast were plentiful. The hotel is located about a ten-minute walk from Zhuzilin Metro Station. The room was spacious and clean, with an open view.

酒店環境整體整潔舒適，唯一缺點酒店內香水味太濃烈，聞耐了會有點不適，希望酒店可以減少使用有關的香水，或者改為轉插鮮花及空氣淨化機以改善室內氣味。酒店服務很貼心，當天過生日还有大使小貝和佳佳送蛋糕到房間，酒店還有做簡單生日布置，預訂部小肖、客服的莎莎服務也很周到，值得推薦！

酒店的服務很不錯，辦理入住的Cherry小姐速度很快，當天過生日還有大使小淳送蛋糕給我，還有服務大使小貝也很貼心，工作人員都非常熱情。而且房間非常乾淨。孩子們都很喜歡。
