They also provided coffee and tea. The facilities are complete, the room is spacious, and the indoor pool is suitable for children as large floats are provided. The buffet dinner is also very rich, offering a choice of lobster or bird's nest, and they even gave us durian pancakes. The food quality is good, and the room is very comfortable with a bathtub. There are many shopping malls nearby, perfect for a stroll. The buffet breakfast is also plentiful. This hotel is highly recommended.

I recently spent a short holiday at this hotel, although it was only for one night, I'd like to share my experience. First, the dinner buffet restaurant was definitely the highlight! The dishes were rich and varied, from fresh seafood to various Chinese and Western hot dishes, and a delicate dessert area, which allowed me to eat to my heart's content. Especially the freshly grilled lobster, which tasted delicious. Breakfast was equally excellent, with a wide variety of food, including international cuisine, hot freshly cooked noodles, and a healthy salad bar. I even ordered a few extra fruit yogurts, feeling like I was enjoying a small food festival. These dining experiences made me feel that it was excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to food lovers! Of course, there are also some small areas where the hotel could improve. For example, the exterior looks a bit old, and the decor of the entrance lobby is a bit outdated, giving it a retro but slightly old-fashioned feel. If it could be slightly renovated, it would add more modern charm. The interior of the room was good, the bed was comfortable, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was not cool enough, and the view outside the window was open, which is especially suitable for city travelers like me to take a break. In terms of location, the hotel is only a five-minute walk from the subway station, surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls, making it convenient for exploring. A small incident after checking out. I left in a hurry that day and found that I had forgotten my glasses in the car! Anxiously, I rushed back to the hotel for help, and the front desk employee, Mr. Jiang (what a mature, steady, and promising partner!), immediately showed extraordinary professionalism. He calmly and carefully listened to my description, noted down the room number and time, and then immediately called the floor I stayed on to contact the cleaning staff to inquire about the situation. Within a few minutes, he not only confirmed the location of my glasses but also personally led me back to the room quickly and easily found them in the drawer of the bedside table! The whole process was efficient and thoughtful, instantly relieving my anxiety. Mr. Jiang's problem-solving ability was simply beyond expectation; he not only solved the problem but also made me feel the warm service of the hotel, just like home. This kind of meticulous care is the key to why I choose a hotel! Overall, the dining and staff service are the biggest plus points. I hope the hotel can maintain this enthusiasm.
