家人生日，預早之前微信酒店職員，來到房間中亦有非常簡單的佈置，就是將啲紅色生日快樂四字加紅色花瓣鋪在床上。雖然簡單，都別出心裁。至於旋轉餐廳晚餐，質素普通，每人有半隻芝士焗龍蝦。至於壽司和燒牛扒、羊扒，則要自行上一層樓梯才可以享用。餐廳職員明顯比較少，服務冇之前咁週到。 至於甜品梳乎厘是攤凍的，叫職員再整，他都要等其他客人取了枱上凍的梳乎厘才肯再做一啲熱嘅出嚟，非常失望。

酒店地點：酒店位於市中心，容易搵到。 交通便利性：交通非常方便，鄰居大型商場及地鐵站。 整潔度：房間整潔度滿意。 服務：員工非常貼心有禮貌。

Hotel Location *Located in the Luohu business center, directly opposite King Glory Plaza. *A few minutes' walk to Guomao Metro Station, making transportation extremely convenient. *Staff provide meticulous and thoughtful service, effectively handling all service needs. *A major highlight of the hotel is the 'Cloud View' revolving restaurant on the 50th floor, offering 360-degree panoramic views of Shenzhen. The buffet dinner is also quite good. *The breakfast on the second floor offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. Hotel Rooms · "The mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable, just the right balance of soft and firm. I usually have trouble sleeping in new beds, but here I slept soundly until morning." · "The room's soundproofing is excellent. Despite being in a bustling area, it's very quiet at night, ensuring high-quality sleep." · "The blackout curtains are very effective; I wasn't disturbed by any light in the morning and slept deeply." · "My biggest fear when traveling is not sleeping well, but the mattress here offers great support, and I woke up feeling refreshed the next day." ✨ 💎 Overall, my stay at the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel was good. The room spaciousness and sleep quality were excellent. I would consider staying here again.

The hotel's exquisite cleanliness is acceptable. The variety of food matches the price. The view from the 50th floor, compared to Taipei 101 and Victoria Harbour, has a bit of a gap.

房間夠大 ，略嫌水壓不足， 位置十方方便， 鄰近金光華廣場， 職員十分有禮貌， 早餐及buffet在旋轉餐廳， 環境很好 ，不過食物選擇不多

check in時花費了半小時，酒店職員(旁邊是位經理），弄了很久， 多次在電腦系統找尋，期間3次質疑我是否訂了這間酒店。

The room is very spacious, with a relatively traditional decor. The buffet on the 50th floor offers first-class views, but the food is average. Breakfast is better, and there was a simple birthday setup. However, there was no upgrade, and the view faced an uninspiring building opposite. The staff service was generally very good.

這個Klook的彭年萬麗酒店套票帶給我和家人一個美好的假期及體驗，酒店及房間的裝修雅緻，旋轉餐廳的景色美不勝收，從黃昏到晚上，一邊品嚐著美食，一邊看著黃昏到晚上景色的變化， 確實賞心樂事！非常之享受這個Staycation的過程。

Revolving Restaurant Buffet: The variety of food is quite extensive, but the taste is mediocre. The staff's attitude is poor, especially at the steak station. When I went to get steak, the staff member told me there was some on the plate in front and to take it myself. However, I only saw small pieces of meat on the plate, not actual slices of steak to take. You can see the pictures for reference. Additionally, the buffet refill speed is slow. Oysters, steamed eggs, and seafood are supplied in very small quantities; they are often unavailable every time I check. Many dishes also lack heating lamps, and even those with heating lamps are not warm; many items are cold. Regarding the accommodation room: The shower pressure is weak, the pillows flatten immediately when you lie on them, and the air conditioning is poor. They also provide a duvet, which made it too hot to sleep all night. The advantages are: The room is very clean, and the housekeeping staff are excellent.
