The hotel's high-altitude views are first-class! We stayed in a family room, which was clean, tidy, and spacious, with a bathtub, separate wet and dry areas, and even a mini walk-in closet! We requested birthday decorations when booking, and everything was ready when we checked in. The complimentary cake was delicious! Breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse, offering both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as desserts like sesame paste and freshly squeezed juice! Enjoying breakfast by the window on the 46th floor was a delight. However, you need to get up early to eat, as there's a queue if you go later.

This five-star hotel in Shenzhen boasts a luxurious and elegant design with a fashionable style. Check-in is on the 42nd floor, and rooms are located between the 30th and 40th floors, offering first-class views. The buffet dinner features premium ingredients, including Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, abalone, and hairy crabs. While the breakfast selection is decent, it can get extremely crowded; perhaps because it was a Sunday, arriving at 9 AM meant queuing behind more than 10 people, so it's advisable to allow extra time. Overall, it's highly recommended!

The quality of Crowne Plaza hotels is generally good, and this one is relatively new. The room design and comfort are decent, but the maintenance is average; you can see signs of wear and tear on the sink and other areas. The bathtub is quite spacious, but the drain plug was broken, so water would drain out as it filled 🤣. The cotton pillows were not very comfortable; it would be better if guests could choose between high/low pillows or memory foam pillows! However, the worst part was arguably their dinner and breakfast! Both dinner and breakfast featured only low-cost ingredients. Even for such inexpensive ingredients (like turnip cake), they only served the first batch and then didn't replenish it. For dinner, the most expensive item was oysters, and only one female staff member was diligently shucking them all evening, so it was very slow. The quality of the oysters: they were small and salty! As for the foie gras, each person was given only one piece, which was very stingy! It even stated that a single piece à la carte would cost ¥68! (Even all-you-can-eat buffets like those in Zhoushan allow unlimited servings!) The variety of food was very limited, and the desserts were also poor, like those $2 small cakes from a street stall…..😫 And when the restaurant staff had empty hands, they would walk past tables with finished dishes without clearing them; there was absolutely no service to speak of! Overall, only the room and the lobby staff's service attitude were good. If you're just staying overnight, it's OK, but for a package that includes breakfast and dinner (considering the food and service quality), the value for money is extremely low 👎!

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. However, despite pressing the 'Do Not Disturb' button, staff still entered to drop off items. The hotel should pay more attention to this. The seafood at the dinner buffet was not fresh, and the water quality was murky, which detracts from the hotel's quality. We arrived at 7:45 PM, but many dishes were already unavailable. Fortunately, the manager helped by offering made-to-order dishes. If the buffet ends at 9 PM, it's unacceptable for dishes to be gone by 8 PM. In contrast, the hotel's breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise, offering a richer and more palatable selection compared to other hotels in Shenzhen.
