高空酒店景觀一流！入住親子房，房間乾淨企理，空間感大，有浴缸，乾濕分離，仲有迷你衣帽間！訂房時要求生日佈置，check-in時已經準備好哂，贈送嘅蛋糕美味！早餐更是十分豐富多元化，有齊中西式食物，仲有埋甜品芝麻糊同新鮮即搾果汁！坐係46樓窗房位置食早餐更是開心。但需要早啲起身去食，因為晏左要排隊😂

This five-star hotel in Shenzhen boasts a luxurious and elegant design with a fashionable style. Check-in is on the 42nd floor, and rooms are located between the 30th and 40th floors, offering first-class views. The buffet dinner features premium ingredients, including Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, abalone, and hairy crabs. While the breakfast selection is decent, it can get extremely crowded; perhaps because it was a Sunday, arriving at 9 AM meant queuing behind more than 10 people, so it's advisable to allow extra time. Overall, it's highly recommended!

皇冠假日酒店品質都不錯的，而且這家算是較新的，酒店房間設計及舒適度都不錯，但保養一般，洗手盆等位置都看得到歲月的痕跡，他們的浴缸尚都算寬敞，但去水塞壞了，會一邊放水一邊去水🤣枕頭是棉花的那種不太舒適，如果可以給客人選擇高/低枕或記憶枕會更好！但最差的是可算是他們的晚餐及早餐了！晚餐及早餐都盡是一些低價的食材，就算是那麼低價的食材（像蘿蔔糕）亦是只出了頭一轉以後便沒有再補充了，而晚餐最貴的就只有生蠔，全晚亦只有一位女生在努力地開，所以開得非常慢，而生蠔的品質：偏小也偏咸！而鵝肝是每人派一件，十分孤寒！還寫明單點一件索價¥68！（連像舟市的那種放題都可以任取！）食物種類很少而甜品也不行，就像路邊攤那種$2 的小蛋糕…..😫而餐廳的服務員兩手空空時，經過見到客人吃完的碗碟也不收拾，完全沒有服務可言！整體來說，只有房間和大堂服務員的服務態度是不錯的，只是去住的話是OK的，但以有早、晚餐的package（論食物質素及服務質素）來說，性價比就十分低了👎！

酒店地鐵站出口方便， 環境舒適， 但晚餐和早餐選擇較少， 整體可以， 特價先會再考慮， 天際泳池整體舒服

The hotel's location is very convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station. The rooms are very clean. The lobby and restaurant are on the 46th floor, offering excellent views from above. The buffet has a wide variety of fresh food. The staff are very friendly. I will definitely visit again next time!

The hotel environment is beautiful and quiet, with a wide view. The buffet is rich, and the staff are polite. The child wanted pasta, and the hotel made special arrangements.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. However, despite pressing the 'Do Not Disturb' button, staff still entered to drop off items. The hotel should pay more attention to this. The seafood at the dinner buffet was not fresh, and the water quality was murky, which detracts from the hotel's quality. We arrived at 7:45 PM, but many dishes were already unavailable. Fortunately, the manager helped by offering made-to-order dishes. If the buffet ends at 9 PM, it's unacceptable for dishes to be gone by 8 PM. In contrast, the hotel's breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise, offering a richer and more palatable selection compared to other hotels in Shenzhen.

This package includes breakfast and dinner. The hotel room is comfortable and clean, with a bathtub, but no latex pillows. The buffet dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM offers average food quality. Seafood replenishment is slow, and crab legs only appeared once. By 7:00 PM, only a small amount of seafood was left. Red and white wine are free-flowing. There were grilled oysters, grilled lamb, grilled eel, and hairy crabs. The desserts were not appealing and tasted average.
