深圳灣希爾頓逸林酒店有少許令我失望，無論外觀及內部都和我平時住的逸林酒店相差很遠，除左房間空調涼快，其他地方都好似沒有空調很熱，地下餐廳簡直熱到吃不到東西，太差。中山希爾頓花園酒店反而大堂，餐廳都很好，空調很涼快，房間空調足夠，感覺比逸林酒店好得多倍。

The hotel staff provided good service, and the room was quite spacious. The Thai dinner set was delicious. The breakfast buffet on the second day was average with not many choices. Overall, the experience was quite good and worth trying.

The room is clean and the environment is quiet. The twin room does not have a bathtub, only the double room has a bathtub, which is suitable for couples as the bathtub is in the common area of the room. There are also many choices for breakfast.

I've never had such a bad experience buying a Klook package. The so-called Southeast Asian set meal was for a restaurant that wasn't open in the evening; it was only available as a takeaway to be eaten at a designated 'leisure' spot. The seating was uncomfortable, so I had to choose outdoor dining. If it were peak summer with no air conditioning, it would be unbearable. I suggest the hotel just sell rooms instead. The breakfast was acceptable, but paying over 1300 for a package including meals was definitely not worth it. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk to upgrade to a room with a bathtub, which was quite comfortable. This is the worst Hilton hotel I've ever stayed at among all their properties. Service: Do not buy the dinner package.

When booking, it was not mentioned that a deposit of over 1600 yuan was required. Although it has been refunded, it would have been less awkward for the guest if it had been clearly stated. The dinner temperature was clearly insufficient! The room design was also quite uninspired, with a slightly oversized single sofa obstructing access to and from the bed. The bathroom facilities were crude! The biggest failure was that the hotel lobby entrance gave no indication to a guest that they had arrived at the hotel, which is utterly ridiculous.
