I booked a garden view room but there was no garden view. The information was confusing, sometimes saying there was a king-size bed available, sometimes saying there wasn't. The male staff were more polite than the female staff. When checking in, I wasn't offered to become a World of Hyatt member. When checking out, they didn't even know what it was 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. After some commotion, a senior staff member finally understood. Because of this, I missed out on earning points. The advantages are that it's close to the train station, and it's new and clean. Also, the phone screen mirroring to the TV sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. And after every video, the TV automatically logs out to the home page.

The hotel is very convenient, located at Futian Metro Exit 32. However, to exit the metro station, you need to use stairs, so it's only suitable for those with regular luggage. The area around the hotel is a commercial district, very safe and tidy. It's very close to Metro Line 3; you can get on the train after a short walk. Being in the center of Shenzhen, it's easy to get to any attraction or shopping mall. The bedding is pristine white, clean, and comfortable, though the duvet was a bit thick, making it a little warm. The breakfast is also good, offering both Chinese and Western food, with a yogurt machine, fruits, pastries, noodles, etc. The restaurant area isn't very large, so there's a chance you might have to sit outdoors. The hotel helped us with beautiful birthday decorations, which truly deserves praise. Bonus: Near the elevators, there are plenty of bottled water bottles available for guests to take when going out.

Overall, it was very good. It was clean and hygienic, the room had enough space, and breakfast was plentiful. However, the late-night snack finished very early, so I didn't get to try it and don't know if it was good.

The hotel and facilities are new and clean, and the service team is very friendly, helping to introduce nearby transportation and mall activities. A good stay experience.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. The staff upgraded the room, but it was pretty much the same as the original one 😅. The hotel breakfast isn't worth eating; the staff didn't arrange seating, and many food items were missing. It seems they are understaffed.

The hotel is conveniently located near the MTR station, just a 10-minute walk away. The twin room offers ample space. However, the breakfast buffet was subpar, and the staff's seating arrangements need improvement.

The room quality was actually quite good, but I was disappointed with this trip. When checking in, I stood at the front desk for a long time waiting for hotel staff to verify my booking. I had clearly booked two identical nights on Klook in advance, but the staff kept saying they couldn't find my booking for the second night. Then, the main issue arose: on the afternoon of the second day, I had just woken up and was changing clothes in the room when a cleaner suddenly used a card to open the door and entered to clean. At that moment, I was topless. Fortunately, I hadn't turned on the lights, so the situation wasn't too awkward, but I was truly startled. The cleaner politely apologized and explained that the system showed the room had been checked out, which is why this happened. So, I don't blame the cleaning staff here, as she was completely unaware and very polite. However, the hotel's actions were truly excessive. It took them an entire evening and they still couldn't confirm our booking for the second day.
