First, the hotel only opened this year, so everything, including the room facilities, looks very new. There's also facial recognition, though I tried a few times and it didn't recognize me 🤣. The room size is decent, and it has an automatic toilet 🚽, bathrobes, a table and chairs, and automatic curtains. The hotel breakfast is standard; it has everything you'd expect. My only complaint about the hotel is that it's very difficult to get a taxi nearby. You have to go down and hail one yourself, not book online. We wanted to go to a nearby mall, but traffic was terrible. Taking the subway is much faster, only two stops, and cheaper!

It's very close to the border crossing, so it's convenient to go back to Hong Kong. However, the assigned floor was too low and faced the elevator. But the sound insulation from the corridor wasn't bad, so it wasn't too noisy. The toilet was a smart toilet, and the shower had good pressure, not fluctuating between hot and cold or being weak. I was woken up by car horns from the road in the morning, which was a bit noisy, but everything else was acceptable. It's a pity that this time breakfast was included but we didn't get to eat it. If we had eaten it, it would have been perfect.

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the border crossing. There's a McDonald's next to the hotel, which the kids loved. The room was clean and quite new.

The hotel must have been renovated, so it's very new and clean. Plus, the location right next to Futian Port is extremely convenient. The breakfast food quality isn't bad either!

The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Futian Port, and you can take the subway to other places, which is convenient and fast. It's highly recommended.

房間大和乾淨，員工有禮，早餐亦可以，而且近福田口岸，酒店附近亦有很多食店，小朋友鐘意，下次應該會再入住。

One night's stay with two children. The staff arranged a room on the highest floor. The room was clean and simple, without too many amenities, but all necessary facilities were available. It's the closest hotel to Futian Port, within a 10-minute walk. I will definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended.
