I once again experienced the thoughtful service of Klook and the 5-star hotel. At first, they told me there were no twin beds and suggested I switch to a king-size bed. I accepted this suggestion because I understood that during the Christmas holidays, rooms are fully booked and it's difficult to accommodate special requests. When I entered the hotel, I found out they had upgraded my room and added a small bed for me. For me, this meant they did everything they could to meet my needs, which was truly excellent. Every cleaning staff member and hotel receptionist was very friendly and patient. The breakfast environment was also excellent. I will definitely book this hotel again if I visit.

Hotel location: Located in the city center, adjacent to large shopping malls and theme parks - Window of the World and Happy Valley, suitable for travelers who enjoy a lively atmosphere. Executive Lounge: The package only allows access during happy hour. There aren't many food options, but red and white wines and special cocktails are provided. Overall quality is satisfactory. Buffet Breakfast: A rich variety of food, including Chinese sweet soup. Room: Newly renovated with unique color schemes, creating a comfortable feel. Indoor Swimming Pool: The water is a bit cold, as if the constant temperature system hasn't been activated.

The hotel environment is beautiful, the staff are polite, and we received a free room upgrade. We were also given a birthday cake to celebrate, which was very much appreciated. We could even see a drone show at 9 PM. The pizza making experience was excellent, with one-on-one instruction from the chef, which was very thoughtful. The dinner buffet didn't have a huge selection, but it was sufficient. The breakfast buffet, however, was a pleasant surprise with a rich variety of food. Overall, the experience was great, and the package was excellent value for money.

酒店離地鐵站只一條馬路之隔，非常方便，附近有大型商場購物，酒店接待員友善笑容可親，酒店環境相當滿意，房間十分整潔，房間佈置非常舒適，只是沒有浴缸供客人使用，房間服務很好，可以随時換不同功能枕頭，要加茶包咖啡或樽裝水，服務員很快送上，泳池不太多人，常有兩三個救生員在泳池附近，十分安全，健身室稍為擠逼，因為好像租了给外面健身中心使用，晚上歡樂時光行政酒廊晚餐食物種類不多但有咖啡啤酒汽水果汁供應，早上自助早餐食物豐富，種類繁多，更有海鮮供應，十分美味。

The staff were kind and proactively helped us take photos and upgraded our room to one with a bathtub, which was really thoughtful. Both adults and children had a great time. On Saturday evening, we happened to catch the Window of the World fireworks. Although our room didn't have a view of the fireworks, the hotel's 16th floor provided an open view of the scenery and the fireworks, along with complimentary drinks and cookies. It felt very relaxing and is an excellent choice for a vacation.
