This is always my go-to hotel when I visit Shenzhen, and it's consistently excellent. The afternoon tea set is great! The breakfast is also very rich, I highly recommend the congee!

Eve at the front desk was very welcoming and provided excellent service 🥰 The hotel is newly opened and clean 👍 The facilities are new, Hyatt Group is not bad 👍 This time I booked 3 rooms, the rooms are large and the beds are big, so I slept well 👍 The bathroom is also very spacious 😊 Breakfast is not too extensive but acceptable 😋

Beautiful environment, attentive service, polite staff, clean rooms, fresh buffet food, steaks cooked to order with customizable doneness, Peking duck, and a wide variety of desserts. Highly recommended.

Beautiful environment, polite staff, clean and beautiful swimming pool, exquisite rooms. For birthdays, they even provide birthday decorations and beautiful fruit. The buffet breakfast food is delicious and fresh. Highly recommended.

這次入比預期更好，雖然酒店本身有點歷史，但一點都不會好舊，早晚自助餐選擇多味道好，附近行街都好方便，下次會再入住。

Kempinski Hotel 的位置非常好，好近海岸城及万象城，吃喝玩樂都方便。正体酒店服務好好，工作員態度友善。房間整潔。

The location of the hotel is quite convenient as it is located next to the shopping mall MixC and the Shenzhen bay culture square. However, the room size was slightly disappointing as it was smaller than expected given the price, but we were able to enjoy the city view from the room. The facilities were great, with a relaxing sauna and steam room as well as a jacuzzi in the changing room, but if you plan to use the swimming pool, you will have to either bring your own swimming cap or buy one on site. The fitness gym was well equipped with a variety of machines.
